She knew nothing of my condition, not even which hip it was despite receiving the referral weeks ahead of time! She was chatting with other clients and helping other providers during my visit and barely paid any attention to me at all! She had me do a few stretches, suggested ice and heat which were prohibited by my surgeon which she would have known if she knew anything at all about my muscle tear. She gave me no exercises, no personalized treatment plan, expectations for recovery or a commitment letter as guaranteed by the website. I attempted to contact ATI over and over about this mistreatment and was put on hold for literally hours, transferred to people who never answered and hung up on repeatedly. Finally, after I was able to submit a case, six weeks later they sent me a letter saying I was wrong and gave me no room for recourse. I have submitted an appeal to my insurance and would encourage everyone else who receives abominable treatment to do the same!

Not only are the administrative staff like Kathy and Terry wonderful people, from the day we first contacted them they were amazingly responsive and extremely nice to work out our details for my wife's care. Even with some changes in the daily schedule, Terry was super ( the Scheduler) in terms of accommodating almost any reasonable request in providing help for my wife. In addition to this great experience, the two Home Health Aids that came to our home were outstanding! Both Angel and Kristen not only helped with the physical needs of my wife but also provided a super positive atmosphere in our home during the time they were here ( 3 times a day/7 days a week. Both my wife and I would HIGHLY recommend this agency or at the very least strongly consider them for any services needed by you or a loved one.

CVS even faxed the office twice and I called three times! Finally I had to call my cardiologist to see if he would call in my medicine and they had it called in within 20 minutes! I had been trying to get Dr. Morris's office to fill the medicine since last week when CVS first Called it in! Dr. Morris is the best doctor out there, but her nurses are the worst! Rude, uncaring and no sympathy whatsoever! And these are nurses! Why exactly did they go to school to be nurses when they clearly do not care about their patients?!
