It is clear to me that this place delivers consistent and high quality care for its patients... as long as they fit a certain expectation. Unfortunately, my experience here is tainted by the way the front office staff treated my friend. I will let my friend speak for herself. Please read that attached review before finishing this review. When I asked the other front staff where my friend was, they tried to lie to me! Renee told me that she was not fired but instead that she chose to not work there. I am a white male so I am not surprised that my personal experience as a physical therapy patient was better than others' experiences here. Additionally, I believe that creating a hostile environment for a pregnant woman is directly contradictory to the role of physical therapists. I sincerely hope, for the health of future patients and workers, that this office addresses its deep rooted issues. The front staff at McDonald's Physical Therapy is discriminatory and dishonest. And they aren't even the people doing the real therapy work! How petty.

Shortly after being…read moresent here for physical therapy on the stretch table by my pain doctor, my surgeon considered the efficacy of a 3rd laminectomy. I told the owner that my surgeon needs to be part of care coordination and that i need to pause the next session to get his feedback. The owner was having none of it and demanded that i continue regardless. He fired me via text that day and texted once again that evening, telling me to never return. Understand there were no harsh words and i found his unwillingness to coordinate care disturbing. Concerns were valid since my surgeon prohibited stretch table therapy around the surgery date and weeks thereafter. I had a 3rd laminectomy, 5wks in a walker, 2wks in a cane, subsequent physical therapy elsewhere. Surgeon says it takes a full year to heal my motor nerve damage. Consider all aspects of physical therapy including a firm's willingness to work with multiple healthcare providers. I cannot recommend this firm if you are working with more than 1.

I originally came to get enough pt so I could get an mri but Marek's care and thorough workouts helped alleviate my shoulder pain. I no longer experience numbness and the nerve pain in my neck which was connected to my shoulder practically disappeared. I have been to four other doctors and chiropractors before this establishment and none have been able to help me until now. I am extremely grateful and if I ever injure myself again (hopefully not) I definitely know where I'll go !

This practice has spent considerable time and research to extract the maximum amount of…read moremoney/benefits possible from each individual's insurance plan. Whatever your insurance will pay for is what will be done to you. They run people through their system like a conveyor belt. Does your insurance cover massage therapy? How long is the minimum amount of minutes 15, 30? That's what they'll do. Does it cover physical therapy? Ok they'll have a minimally trained person (not a PT) stretch you. I have been to almost a dozen chiropractors and NEVER has one of them refused to adjust another area of my spine in the same visit! Their chiropractor adjusted my lumbar area and when I said my thoracic and cervical areas also needed attention, he refused and said "that's all we're doing today" so when I asked about how to have them addressed he said "make an appointment for later this week". That is a way for them to use up as many 'adjustments' as possible from your insurance as quickly as possible. Three 'adjustments' in one week, lower, middle and upper means three insurance payments! I only was covered for 12 per year from my insurance! Every other chiropractor I've been to in my 50 years has adjusted my entire spine and called it one 'adjustment' for insurance or self pay. WHAT A RACKET!

I have never had a bad provider from this location. One provider specifically, I ALWAYS hope to get is Dr. McBride. Hearing he no longer works at the clinic is absolutely disheartening. The compassionate care he provides to my family, in some of my most vulnerable moments, is priceless. This facility has lost the best provider I have ever of having the privilege to be treated by. Maintaining quality care should be a top priority of health care systems, and I am confident that unfortunately, this facility will suffer due to this disservice to the community.
