When I spoke to him, he denied it and when he opened the machine he claimed he found nothing in there and it must have went down the drain. He pretended to not be able to hear me when on the phone and then he was laughing to others about the situation in the background. He blamed me for leaving my license in the wash. Wouldn't reimburse me for my licence renewal and was dismissive and sarcastic. Go the extra mile and give your business to someone else.

This means if you did not come with cash you may need to use their ATM with a $2.95 service charge . Then you are notified that you need singles only to get your first time card to load. So you then must go to the service counter to ask the employee for singles just to get the card you need to load your payment on to use the machines . Seem like quite the scam, we all know you should be able to use your credit card to purchase your wash machine card without having to play this game with the ATM so they get an additional $2.95 out of you. What an inconvenience.
