I've had pants hemmed many times for hubby and they are always perfect. On occassion I've needed clothes in a hurry and they have mostly been accommodating. I used pliers to push the pin out headfirst. I probably could have taken it back to have the pin removed, but I need that coat on a daily basis. Also, they fixed the seams around one of the pockets, but now it is slightly too small for my hand when I have a mitten on. That said, the coat was fixed on time and I thought the price was fair. I can't speak to their dry cleaning services.
