I showed up a little before 7:30 and it says no where on there socials or in store about the sprayer closing early. the lady huffed and puffed while leading me back to the room. I left with the WORST spray tan of my life. mind you i have been getting spray tans for 5 or 7 years now and have never gotten one this bad.

I always check in on line BECAUSE I thought they wanted me too!!!! Here lately IT DOES NOT MATTER!!! They make you wait because someone checked in before you!!! So they say? Why bother then!!! Then you pay a higher price for a higher llevel bed and then place you in a lower level bed for the higher price ? Tonight I was told I had a bed (which was highest level) which I pay ALOT to use MONTHLY and then after being told I was next it was actually taken AWAY and then I was told that I could wait 20 more mins !!! Or take a lower level bed!!! Boy did they cash in TONIGHT FROM ME!!! This has happened to me several times but never like this !? I was given a room and was actually walking into it and then having it taken away!!! I am so confused and ANGRY!!!! I have been a client that has been there from the start in Ft Wayne and it seems no one seems to care!!! No loyalty No Respect!!!
