It's located in a little retail strip mall with other boutique size businesses. The shop had flowers for purchase, by bouquet or single stems. Gorgeous, fresh blooms just sitting pretty and joyful in large vases. They also had houseplants and local crafted items for purchase. The back patio adjoins to the next door's cafe patio area. The larger potted plants that are displayed on the patio adds to the chill, relaxing vibe. The shop clerk was welcoming and helpful.

Wondering who the flowers were for, they realized their neighbor (who's daughters name is Kerry) just passed away, so they took the flowers to them assuming they were delivered to the wrong address. When those neighbors called Dirt Botanicals and they figured out their mistake, they redelivered with correct card but WRONG flowers. What was delivered was super generic. I could have gotten a much better generic arrangement at Costco for 1/4 the price.

It was an education, and I thought the owner was quite knowledgeable and could answer many questions. I went last year when it was a bit June gloomy and there weren't as many in bloom, but you could tell that the farm was spacious with many different varieties of bushes. After the tour there were some sweets with rose tea. I loved how they had a cake in the shape of a rose and the overall presentation was very dainty and cute. It might be a little pricey for some but I'm a rose enthusiast and so I thought it was worth it since it's rarely open for tours. Pretty much everyone on the tour seemed to be rose gardeners or just loved roses as much as me. Many people traveled up from LA for this tour. The farm and owner were featured on episode 9 of Martha Stewart's Martha's Gardens show.

I have not seen more beautiful, unique designs. Suzie and her team worked with us over multiple virtual and in-person meetings to discuss our style and vision, create a lookbook, and design something that was really unique to us. The florals were definitely well worth the cost (and less than what other florists had quoted us) and really made our wedding design vision and aesthetic come to life. The PacWest Blooms team are real artists, just give them a general sense of what you'd like and the creative freedom to work their magic! The florals were 5/5, beyond our wildest dream! We also did month and day of coordination with PacWest Blooms. Suzie is really warm and kind and really takes the time to get to know clients, which made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Some parts or our experience felt somewhat disorganized and stressful, however, such as no or very late responses to emails, missed or late meetings, and the day-before rehearsal coordination. Ultimately, though, we had a pretty complicated wedding with many vendors, and Suzie and her team made sure the whole day came together beautifully and that we were able to enjoy it with little to no stress. For that, we are very grateful.
