I called in to book an appointment, and everything seemed fine. Coming into the place, the receptionist did not have her mask on, but after seeing my discomfort, she put it back on. Totally fine. I went into the room, and Wioletta was super nice in terms of telling me what I should do to correct my posture at home. Great. THEN. When we started the massage, Wioletta told me that I could 'loosen my mask' as 'masks do not work.' I was uncomfortable so I told her I would keep mine on. She had her mask on, she had gloves, not a problem. THEN. She goes on to tell me her opinion on how COVID19 'does not exist', and that 'it was manufactured as a way for the government to control us.' I was stuck on this table, half naked, so I just silently nodded. But THEN, she goes on to talk about how 'Hitler and his wife escaped Germany, had a grand-child named Obama, to control the world'. She then talks about 'Free Masons, Illuminati, New World Order' and how 'Titanic was orchestrated to get rid of people that didn't agree with the New World Order." This was all WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF THE MASSAGE. At this point, I was incredibly uncomfortable, and told her that I would like to leave. I look up, and she had her mask OFF. I told her I was going to leave. To Wioletta's credit, she apologized, said she would not charge me for the massage and to please stay. So, honestly mad props to her for recognizing my discomfort, but I just was not comfortable - and left. Look, I get having opinions. I don't agree with Wioletta, but please, when I come in for a massage, I come in for a massage. Not to listen to your personal opinions and conspiracy theories. I will 100% NOT COME HERE AGAIN. He said it was okay, not the best I had the Swedish, which I found uncomfortable. The therapist had long nails and kept on sliding his nails up and down my back actually making me feel tighter in the back as it was a bit uncomfortable. He also was very fast in his technique, with didn't loosen any of my tight muscles. He did try want to work together and do what I liked... but unfortunately when the technique isn't there, it's hard to explain what you want. And the worse part of the massage was that he used a scented oil on me that overwhelmed my scenes. I left there uptight and congested. I don't I would try this place again.

I told her I never had a bruise on my left calf and she never pointed it out to me ,as she also claimed she did. When confronted with that she said "Oh it was another Client." Not apologetic at all. Finally with regard to the right lower leg bruise where I told her that was where she placed the needle ..she sort of implied ,a well what do you expect attitude...this is acupuncture. Well I expect professional practitioners to not be deceptive and be capable of owning up to any mishaps. I totally lost any trust in her as an acupuncturist and honestly would not recommend her. It was just an overall weird experience.

The therapist should cover whole of your body and concentrate on your pain points. Massage should have a relaxing effect and an instant relief in body-aches. I don't like therapist talking constantly during message. The massage pressure should be controlled either hard or gentle, but I hate when you ask for a hard massage and therapist just elbow your back for whole of the time. So Kelly's spa met all my expectations without saying. The therapist are professional and they will understand your pain area and cover your whole body from head to toe including hand and legs, giving a special treatment to your pain area, for me it was shoulders and neck. The therapist also applied soothing balm, which gave me more relief. I felt like sleeping on the table. There is nothing to complain about. Totally worth the money, infact the place is reasonably priced or say a steal-deal, compared to other useless spas.
