Officially though their name is MoneyServ Of course you can cash checks but you can also pay your utilities, loans, and credit card bills. You can also pay your car insurance You can buy send & recieve money orders through Western Union and MoneyGram They have pre-paid debit cards and you can purchase minutes for pre-paid phones You can also sell unused gift cards... I'm sure I missed a few services. This location does a lot when it comes to handling your money. My transactions went very smoothly and I would definitely use them again!

Just left this business and was shorted $1. When I questioned the cashier on how he shorted me $1…read morehe kept insisting that he gave it to me which he didn't. When I said that he didn't he started raising his voice and yelling at me. On 2 occasions I had to tell him to lower his voice because I wasn't yelling at him and that wasn't the way to give customer service. I had to ask him multiple times for a number to file a complaint and he refused to give me his name. I know that it's only $1 and I would of just let it go but I didn't appreciate getting yelled at. Apparently working in the customer service field isn't for him or he should be retrained on maintaining his composure. Be very vigilante when going to this place for services. If you are shorted they won't do anything and when you call management to file a complaint they brush you off and chuckle on the phone because your calling for $1.

Went to this place today after having a terrible experience next door at CastleWay. After being…read moreinsulted and turned away without cashing a completely valid settlement check. I had never tried cash link before and after today I will never go anywhere else. First impression: welcomed warmly and politely by the staff. I was initially being helped by a very helpful woman who unlike their Neighbor to the right, immediately recognized the validity of the check that was deemed fraudulent not more than 10 minutes before. (It was 100% valid for the record) however after realizing my ID was expired, rather then telling me that I was out of luck and to hit the bricks, I was introduced to Tommy Tom. I'm not positive but I gather he was manager. After a few suggestions he was able to find a solution to my expired ID. 10 minutes later I walked out completely aglow as my pockets were now lined and I became a lifetime patron of Cash Link in Fitchburg MA. TL; DR Do NOT do business with Castleway when you can be treated 100x better for the same service.. ... in the SAME plaza!
