My Husband and his Brother did the installation themselves bc KBL's guy was having surgery and doing it ourselves saved a lot on labor. Kevin at KBL was fantastic from start to finish. Excellent salesman and willing to talk and educate you on whatever you need in regards to your home build. He also promised to take back whatever parts we didn't need after the installation....and he did. We are now having some warranty work and we feel confident it will all go fine. The finished work was fantastic, and timely! Joe, Taylor, and Mike were professional, very kind, willing to answer questions (and be a part of the discussion for the larger project) and they always leave the place clean and in great shape when they are done. Masonry is an investment for sure, but we are glad for the great work of Force Masonry, and the value of the work is worth it. They are a great company, and we plan to use them again, when we have another masonry project.
