Management accepts and acts on unfounded complaints without investigating, so be sure to document everything. From the beginning of our agreement, this management company was unorganized, small, and unable to do the necessary tasks. For months, I went without use of a washer and dryer because the maintenance they hired to do handy work never bothered to actually fix anything. Half the time, the maintenance was selling fruits from the back of their truck in the parking lot, fixing their own truck, or just hanging out and talking with other residents. Moreover, I was charged $2.00 a load of laundry and $2.00 to then dry the load. The company really just tries not to hemorrhage money at whatever chance they can get.
