Being that we have to ride at 6am multiple of us adults make us coffee and bring our lided cups with us. The only driver to not allow us to transport with cups is the unprofessional driver. Her attitude and communication lacks the candor it should carry. Having driven a school bus, I recognize that her attitude is equatable toward that profession. Other than that the company has comfortable buses and majority of the staff are helpful with other locations in the area to visit for us who are out of town.

He reached out to William to get more information, and I must say that this process went very smoothly. We are in CA, William is in Oklahoma. We shipped the car to him, and he was able to complete the install in less than a week. It took longer to ship the car than to get William's part done! We loved the product, and William and his team are professional, skilled, and easy to communicate with. Also, my mom also is super impressed with how easy the lift is to use, and she is thankful that she can now have more autonomy when going out and doing her errands. Everytime my fiancé and I have made plans and he has requested to come home, his truck breaks down. And they have done nothing to rectify that as fas getting a truck that will run for more than 2 weeks at a time. This last time he broke down, they towed him back 300 miles the opposite direction of where he was headed, and he was stuck for days. He was coming home to bury his last living aunt. And missed it. And to top it off they only compensated him $300 for the 2 days he was broke down in El Paso plus the 3 days he was broken down in Texarkana IN THE SAME WEEK. We have 4 children. And actively paying for a wedding an house and they expect $300 for the POS truck the refuse to replace to be adequate. He has since found a new job. He is bringing his last load to Tulsa which was the ORIGINAL plan. I left off a 72 hour shift and headed 3 hours this direction. Then they decide to send him to Joplin to drop off the load after also changing it to Choctaw. Clearly they don't have their ducks in a row. They don't care about family time even in the circumstances of death. They don't compensate you for THEIR faulty equipment and when you finally leave they screw you over and don't care that your fiancé has to sit in parking lot for minimum of 4 hours (and that's being hopeful). Save yourself time, money and sanity. Stay AWAY from this company
