On Thursday night we all went online, chose a bike by size, paid the $40 and that was it. Showed up Friday morning and our five bikes were pretty much ready to go. Darren had us ride around the parking lot and tweaked any issues we had, offered us helmets and we were off. Great service and zero complaints. Aside from that store is pretty large and seems to offer Specialized primarily along with other high quality brands, clothing, accessories, fuel, and they have a weekly shop ride. It appears they keep their website up to date as far as events and rides as well. Some shops tend to drop the ball on that.

There's plenty of bar seating plus larger tables, so it works equally well for grabbing coffee solo, meeting up with friends, or camping out (get it?) for a study/work session. Trust me (or don't): The house-made waffles are the main character. Hands down some of the best I've had!! The texture is spot-on, with that perfect consistency that holds up under the toppings instead of turning into a soggy carb sponge. They absolutely nail the waffle-to-topping ratio as every bite gets a little waffle, fruit, and topping without the whole thing collapsing. I also loved that ordering "for here" actually means for here; your food and drinks come on real dishes instead of disposable everything. It's a small detail, but it makes perfect sense for an outdoorsy, sustainability-minded brand so the whole experience feel more intentional. On Wednesday we took them in hoping to get them back on Monday before our trip on Tuesday. Mike explained that they were swamped and about 2 weeks out on service. We understood. I didn't know they were closed on Mondays and blamed myself for not being better prepared. My wife is the kindest person I know and was gracious but I think Mike could tell she was disappointed. Without pressure from us Mike said, "I'm gonna make sure they get fixed before I leave on Friday. So you can pick them up on Saturday." I just went by and got them.
