Their prices are very reasonable for the size of the townhouses- they are all 2 bedroom townhouse floor plan. We didn't have many maintenance issues and we moved into a clean, fresh space. They have a pool and a small playground and there is plenty of area to walk around. There is a very small gym and shared laundry facilities but you also have the hookups for your own in the unit. The townhouses are outdated in their style and the kitchen is rather small, but functional. Everything worked as you would hope. You get a small patio area as well which was nice to have. Our one issue was ongoing invasion of earwigs- they offer pest control and we did our own spraying but we persistently had earwigs in the downstairs. But for the affordability compared to other rentals in the area, it was a manageable issue. We really enjoyed our time here, they're well located with easy access to lots of stores and well rated schools. I'd highly recommend giving them a chance!

Many of my neighbors and friends who lived in the community also reported similar issues with difficulty having issues resolved/addressed. It also would take multiple days to resolve issues like the hole in the ceiling. These photos are just some examples of leaks I experienced in the short time frame I was there including two leaks from two different areas from the apartment's ceiling with one coming down onto the toilet/bathroom with a disgusting color. I would not recommend this apartment.

They allow tenants to consistently walk dogs without a leash and never pick up the feces to get away with it even with photo evidence nothing is fixed about the issue. Jan the office manager is sooooo rude. Called above her to try and get a solution to an issue and the person I spoke with says "oh yeah people complain about her all the time". They coordinated with me for nearly two months ahead of my move, stayed responsive throughout the process, and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome before I even arrived. The apartment is beautiful, everything that needed attention was repaired before move-in, and the building has been wonderful so far. I also want to specifically recognize Carlos Pledger and his business, Consistent Cleaning Today. Although the business name includes cleaning, Carlos provided an incredible white-glove moving, delivery coordination, and home setup experience for my out-of-state move. He received my packages before I arrived, transported everything to my apartment, assembled large furniture items, coordinated directly with property management, and made sure every detail was handled with care. This is the second time I have worked with Carlos, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is a Winston-Salem local, incredibly professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to making the entire experience as smooth as possible. For anyone moving from out of state, or anyone who would benefit from moving support, delivery coordination, assembly, and home setup services, Carlos and his team are outstanding. We have access to so many things here that you don't at other local complexes. The fact that it is a walkable distance to WFU campus is amazing! The only downsides are the fact that you cannot turn left into the entrance when heading south on Silas Creek Parkway, which leads to many U turns on trips. Additionally, I wish they would change the air filters more frequently, but in the grand scheme of things these are such minor problems. Maintenance here is amazing as well. It's a great place to live as a family or a graduate student.

I had the privilege to live here for a little over a year while I completed rotations at various…read morehospitals in the area. From my first visit to the final day, I absolutely loved this complex. I rented a "studio" or Jr One Bedroom as it may be listed online. Living alone, this was all I needed to feel comfortable and still have some space to spare. The studio style is very open with the living room and kitchen combined and an open-top wall separating the bedroom. The huge walk in closet was perfect for storage of clothes and other oddities. All of the appliances were state of the art and honestly a joy to use. My apartment was ground level facing the baseball field. I'm sure all other apartments boast beautiful views as well. My only caution about renting one facing the Dash ball field would be noise. While games can get noisy over the loudspeaker, even out of season there are many events across the street that play music nearly daily and into the night. At the same time, you can't beat the gorgeous view of fireworks out the massive living room window after a Friday night game. The rest of the complex is just as high-quality. The pool, exercise room, business center, and common areas are vibrant and welcoming. I would tend to watch big sporting events on the large HD tv in the common area. The poolside grills are also a very nice amenity and a treat for guests go experience. The office management at Link completed my enjoyable experience. Mike was a tremendous help in getting everything squared away when I moved in, as well as available to answer any questions throughout my stay. Lisa also was very helpful. I did have one instance of a leaking closet roof. Maintenance was contacted who quickly came and fixed the problem. While the leak was fixed, maintenance took a decent amount of time to install a new ceiling piece. I kept this as a 5 star review vs 4 solely because Lisa was adamant about getting this fixed. I had mentioned that maintenance had been great at solving the leak, but part of my closet was unusable until a new ceiling was replaced. Lisa was great in contacting maintenance to completely finish the project and very kind throughout the process. I looked at a handful of places when I moved to WS. There are a lot that have more affordable pricing, but the quality of Link definitely exceeds the rental price. I would recommend at least touring Link apartments before making a final decision in your move.
