He said it would take a few days but took no effort to follow up, whatsoever. He blamed my son for not continuing to call him... we fixed the issue ourselves. Meanwhile, this person took umbrage with the negative review and became aggressive with his responses and texts to my son. I'm shocked that yelp allows legitimate negative reviews to be removed... this should be a "mobile battery charger" service and not a mechanic.
