Our RV's battery died and it was out of gas and these 2 guys came right away within 30 min to give us 5 gal of gas and a jump. How did Geico not find these guys? They didn't bother doing a Google search? Really? What am I paying Geico for? Then they went ABOVE AND BEYOND by offering to follow us to the nearest Costco 5 min away so that we can fill up our gas tank and in case the battery dies again; which it did! They were there again to save us from embarrassment and hassle of being stuck at a very busy Costco gas station and having to go through this whole process again. They jumped us again on the spot and we happily went our way. I have a feeling our RV battery will die again as we keep it there for storage. I know who to call next time directly if we're in a rut again. Additionally I'm going to complain to Geico and FORCE them to add these guys to their "Fresno Emergency Roadside Provider List"!

Review for MANS Auto - Unfortunate Experience with Customer Service…read more I came across MANS Auto while browsing Groupon for an oil change and was initially impressed by the positive ratings and reviews. I always check reviews before choosing a place to ensure they treat customers right and offer honest service. That's what led me to call them directly and ask about the Groupon deal they were advertising. During the call, I mentioned I had a Groupon and asked about the requirements for booking an appointment. While the man on the phone (whose name I didn't catch) began scheduling me, he informed me there would be an additional $25 charge for an oil filter replacement and oil disposal -- on top of the $50 Groupon. I let him know that the extra cost was a bit high for me and was simply trying to understand the full pricing. Before I could finish explaining or ask any follow-up questions, he cut me off, talked over me, and told me to go find someplace cheaper -- then abruptly hung up. I was shocked at how dismissive and rude he was. There was no attempt to clarify, help, or even show basic courtesy. Customer service means a lot to me, and this experience was a red flag. I take good care of my car and expect the same level of care and professionalism from anyone I trust to work on it. If someone is quick to hang up on a potential customer, I can only imagine how they might handle customers' vehicles behind closed doors. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend MANS Auto. Respect and professionalism go a long way, and I hope they consider improving how they treat people on the phone -- it's the first impression that matters most.
