The office staff were all kind and helpful. The office was clean and very friendly for children. The bays were semi-private and they offer sun glasses. We are using this orthodonist for our other children in the future. Dr. Hutchison was so thoughtful to help us clip the wire and remove the bracket that fell off. I've hesitated to write this review, but after two years, I think it's time to share my experience…read more My family and I were patients here for over eight years, and while things started off great, the quality of care and professionalism gradually declined. It began with noticing that cleanings were becoming rushed and incomplete -- sometimes it felt like no real cleaning was done at all. Over time, that lack of thoroughness became the norm. The final straw came with a serious issue involving a financing plan for my son's treatment. Although I agreed to an 18-month, no-interest plan, the office enrolled me in a 24-month plan with 26% interest. It took me four stressful weeks and numerous calls and emails (many unanswered) to get it fixed. At one point, I was even told the account could only be canceled if I opened a new one, which felt coercive and unprofessional. As a Deaf patient, I rely on email communication, yet messages often went ignored. Two years later, I still haven't received the final statement or an explanation for the mysterious $125 credit that I was supposedly owed. Our new dentist also questioned the amount of work that was recommended here -- and several of my son's fillings had to be redone because they had fallen out, costing us $750 out of pocket. I'm sharing this so others know to review their paperwork carefully, confirm financing terms, and keep all communication in writing.

They put her to sleep because of her anxiety and we're done In around 30 minutes. Then they were very thorough in explaining everything to do afterwards. They even took the time to wish me a happy birthday today. This is a excellent place to go if you need your teeth extracted.

I guess occlusal adjustment limited is code for nothing done. Also charged $3 for insurance adjustment. Insurance paid $88 and I was charged an additional $1.59 for finance charge and 38.73 for collections because I didn't pay a bill they sent to wrong address. Office manager said we do not have time to call or email patients. This practice is out for themselves, not their patients.
