Relax or get fixed. Vince is absolutely amazing! Massage therapy and neuromuscular therapy. He knows exactly what he's talking about and makes sure that you understand what you want and what your body needs. Incredibly knowledgable not just about symptoms but also solutions. His office is always clean and very organized. Street parking is occasionally a little difficult to find, but for the most part, there's always a spot around. Also, make sure to schedule ahead of time because sessions are rather lengthy and you don't wanna have to wait for him to be done. Thanks Vince! read more

I have been doing Neuromuscular Therapy massage for 20 years. The goal of NMT is to correct painful and restrictive posture by assessment and specific muscle work. By bringing the body into proper alignment you have more freedom of movement and a calmer nervous system.

Established in 2000.

I started my business back around the year 2000. At first it was just therapeutic massage. As my knowledge of how to correct painful conditions grew, I started focusing more on eliminating bad posture that resulted in musculoskeletal pain.
