Due to unfortunate personal issues, I needed to sell my beautiful home and move out of state in the late summer of 2018. Before selecting a realtor, we contacted a trusted friend, neighbor and realtor in our home area (not in CA) who agreed to do an on-line survey of realtors in the Mill Valley area. From 12 realtor reviews we selected Stacy Lynch because of her experience with historic properties. Although my sister and I live in different states, Vince and Stacy personally visited my sister to help her sign the initial paperwork to put the home on the market.
