Very rude and unprofessional when I contacted him about a listing that had a contingent contract. As a buyer who already sold a home, I was willing to pay cash with immediate closing. When I contacted Kevin via text, what I got back to my question as to whether the owner was still possibly looking at offers, was a curt and rude response. Instead of asking if I'd like to talk on the phone about that house or other possible listings, his first text response was, "Who is this?" That's not a normal realtor response, which would typically be, "It's not available, but maybe there's another that might be to your liking. Can we talk?" I couldn't help wonder if he thought maybe I was a minority. Anyway, I would never do business with him, and unfortunately he's a poor reflection on Compass as well. read more
