My insurance got transferred to him after my original rep retired a few years back and it's been a terrible experience ever since. I switched companies to State Farm because of him. Allstate is great as a company just do use Steve as your agent. Because of a mistake that Steve made, which was not removing my camper insurance from my policy after it was totaled and he was notified. I was charged monthly for this policy for almost 2 years and when I noticed that it was still on the policy he was not able to give me the credit saying it was a policy that Allstate could only go back 6 months and he needed some paperwork from the accident. I called Allstate corporate and they are issuing me credit in full. So was Steve going to pocket the other year+ coverage payments??? We will ever know... I hope anyone who reads this takes my advise to not work with this absolute jerk of an insurance agent.
