Thankfully one of her employees an older lady was kind enough to intervened and pull her off me ( big shout out to this lady for doing the right thing). I called the cops, who could not confirm my statements because her security camaras mysteriously stopped working at the moment of the attack. But thankfully the cops agree she had no right to withhold my brother's papers. Later I found out she had also slap a friend of my sister a few years ago for a similar incident and the police was involve too! Then I got ill and had to start selling off businesses (which meant dropping policies.Then in a two year period we had two bigger claims, one claim for an apartment we leased and an accident that wasn't that bad but the other driver who was in a car valued at $1200 and was fine at the accident got a crooked lawyer and sued for 100k (50k damages for a $1200 car and 50k for personal injuries (all urgent care visits and their own therapy) and he had partial tort. Erie sent a great the lawyer who told us it was bogus. But that's the last we heard from Ian Webb. Those 2 claims in that 2 year period and calls weren't answered, people I referred were told that they didn't accept new clients and we never heard from Ian again. So as long as you send him money and don't use your policies he will act like your best friend but G-d help you if you need him and your not a large client anymore. After all this happened I switched all my policies to another agency that came highly recommended and I never even got a call from Ian Webb to get me to stay. After 27 years. I was with them when It was him and one other person and I was family. I referred countless clients to him but the first time you really need him don't hold your breath.
