Took $5,000 and didn't open his mouth in front of the judge, and stopped me from trying to say something in front of the judge. He never review my documents or have a conversation about my difficult case, when I tried he will criticize me negatively and bully me until I was paralyzed, he used words or phrases that my ex to be used to diminish me. Instead of using an issue when the ex to be wanted solved, for me to sign the ok to get his retirement money, this lawyer told me to do it or the Court will. Never reply to my email commenting on documents I sent him to use to erase that the ex Claim I woed him $150,000 when in reality he owed me$150,000 he used community income to repair his trashed 2 properties, one to rent that was empty ft2 years the other repair to sale for $450,000, 2 years before he pay $138,000. The ex to be used electronic banking witch I didn't know anything about I used to do my payments using a check. Finely he asked me to write a declaration to the judge that I could barely can do because of this layer's treatment, I did and the judge realized that that the ex is trouble and this lawyer only said I'll supine documents your honor, he didn't do anything but told me that the $5,000 I paid him was not enough money to continue and continue doing nothing. I keep asking what was the next step but never did his job. 5, 6 Years passed I sent him an email telling him what I thought of him but I think he would continue doing the same thing to others that are in need, desperate for help, but reply, "no the law doesn't work that way" but say nothing or do nothing. read more

Don't not hire! Extremely unprofessional and condescending. Wouldn't respond to emails or calls and didn't show up to meetings he had scheduled! When I asked a question about my case, he responded with "this is why you should write things down." Also put his own address for my checks, so I had to go to his office to pick them up. He took months to fix the problem. When I called for help and left voicemails asking him how much he would charge he never responded. I was left with no choice but to fire him and to do so I had to slip forms under his door because he would not get back to me. Finally he responded and sent a bill almost a year later after my divorce was finalized. There are a lot of other better lawyers out there in Pasadena. OMG where to start? With me he was very condescending. I went with the google reviews and I thought I had a good lawyer but I was wrong. First of all, he scheduled an arbitration hearing and didn't even tell me the date. He was very negligent with my case and never spoke out on my behalf with the judge. For me, he was a waste of my time and money. I only wish I reserched his license on the California Barr Association website. I would have never hired a lawyer who's license was suspended. Good luck if you chose this lawyer for your case because after I fired him, my second lawyer pointed out all the mistakes he made with my case. Vincent represented me in my prolonged, and very contentious divorce. By the time I hired him, my case had been going on for 3 years, and the "fancy" law firm that I had hired to ensure I could get the fair and equal custody of the children from my marriage had abandoned the case after running up six figures in fees, and actually set the case back. Vincent took over, and with a very no-nonsense approach moved the case forward with significantly less fees, in spite of dealing with an opposing counsel who was determined to leverage her client's anger and greed for her personal financial gain. Within a year of Vincent taking over the case I had the fair and equal custody of the children, and within another year, again while still dealing with people determined to milk every penny out of what remained of the case, Vincent had moved the case to its conclusion. I won't tell you that I agreed with him 100% of the time, and there were times where opposing counsel's lack of ethics and professionalism frustrated me in ways that I wished we could push back against, but ultimately, Vincent knows the law, and the system, and took the prudent decisions, which moved the case forward at minimal cost.
