I told the proprietor that info. and pointed out the dirty collars. He told me they don't just clean them, they scrub them also. Sounded good to me. I pointed it out and the same guy from Friday told me that they can't always get that kind of thing clean. I guess that information wasn't important to tell me when I dropped them off.
