I've had both dry cleaning and numerous alterations done here for well over 10 years. Good quality work on some difficult projects I've had them complete for me so I highly recommend them. The customer service is always patient, kind, and honest. My most recent project was a long denim trench with lining which needed shortening. They color matched the thread to the original threading and finished the alterations at the time promised even though it was over the busy holidays. It was neatly hung on hangers and presented in a garment bag. They also remembered to save the fabric scraps for me as I requested. I'm very pleased and plan to bring them more items to work on for me. Thankful I can finally wear my beautiful trench coat this Spring! read more

DO NOT GET ANYTHING ALTERED HERE! I had a long dress that I asked to be shortened and taken in. They botched the shortening job and now it is 2 inches too short. Not only is it unfixable, but they insisted on charging me the full amount, which was $250 for the alterations. They should not have charged me at all as they have ruined my dress. Save yourself money, aggravation, and your clothing and stay away. read more

My husband had 4 shirts ruined in one month. When he took them to the owner today to discuss, the owner was rude, annoyed and abruptly denied that they were responsible, not even willing to listen. We had used Town and Country for a couple of years and only recently had issues, so my husband wanted to find out what was going on after the fourth shirt was ruined (one was stained, another had frayed sleeves, another's collar was messed up etc... all different things) in such a short time period. The owner was nasty claiming it was my husband's watch that did the fraying??!!! The other excuses were just as far-fetched. We weren't asking them to pay for the shirts and would have remained customers if they were apologetic or ANYTHING other than belligerent and accusatory as if we had suddenly been careless with our garments! There was no need for the rudeness. Whatever happened to customer service, let alone congeniality? read more

On a night out, my hubby accidentally spilled a glass of red wine on me - the entire glass splashed onto my new white cotton jacket - and guess what, the guy at this cleaners got the WHOLE stain out, jacket looks brand new. Highly recommend!! read more

This place is one of THE BEST service I have gotten for dry cleaning, laundry and alterations. I love how they have organic environmentally friendly dry cleaning instead of using harsh chemicals that a lot of other places might use, which is important for me especially because i have sensitive skin. Not to mention, they are magicians with stain removal. One time, I had a stain that I thought had set on one of my favorite silk blouses, and they got it right out with no problem at all - the shirt looked brand new and you couldn't tell that it had ever been stained! I loved them so much I went back to get a few of my pants altered since I am a petit woman, and although there was no rush to finish them, they got it done in one day! We have worked with this cleaners for over 10 years and they are incredibly reliable and fair. The family owners are very nice. We have left jewelry in pockets and it's always returned to us. The quality of cleaning is excellent for both men and women's clothes - casual, office and formal. I always ask that they do not give us dry cleaning bags unless its raining for environmental reasons and they always remember. They also allow us to return hangers for recycling which I love. They offer pick up and delivery but we always just drop off and pick up anyway. They are excellent at alterations - both simple and complex, including high quality garments. If it's simple I will mark how high I want a hem lifted (for example) with a couple of pins and a post-it note and they always do a great job. Or they have a fitting room to try on garments for alterations. We also take in our sheets for pressing. read more
