(How does that happen?) *I understand dog hair is tough to get out of carpet, but not much was vacuumed. Property was removed from my vehicle while it was being washed. EZ pass was present prior to it being washed and was not present the following day. I asked and called when I noticed it was missing and they suggested that I recheck my car, between and under the seats. Why would they remove it from it's present window location? If it was knocked down while it was being washed why not place it on the dash of the car? read more

This place has been going downhill lately.. they have increased their prices and the past few times I went to get back in my car, there were dirty smudges and leftover dirt throughout the exterior of my vehicle. The men have no problem re-wiping certain areas if you ask them, which is nice. I think they need to wash their towels more or stop cleaning as many cars before they move on to a new, clean rag.. this is probably how so much grime gets thrown onto my car. This is the only car wash within 20 miles of me so I will continue coming here, for now. read more

I have used this car was many times in the past. This last visit, they did not tape down my rear wiper as they usually do- never had to ask. When I got my vehicle, the rear wiper arm was completely gone and somehow when they got in my car to clean the windows, my phone holder was broken in half. I went to the owner who was working the register to let her know what happened and was told it wasn't her problem and the she "didn't speak English" even though minutes before she was speaking English just fine to take my money. My $10 car wash ended up costing $120 for a new phone holder and rear wiper arm. They take responsibility for nothing and have zero customer service. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT GO there and waste your money. I went there today and purchased the 4* wash for $25....what a waste of time and money. I actually went back in there and told them how dissatisfied I was. The "owner" came out with a cloth and tried to clean it up.....I don't understand. The mats were soaking wet - I told her that they needed to be dried....I paid for Armor All spray...nothing was done...I am still in shock over the ordeal. Furthermore, one of the employees attempted to properly clean the car and she yelled at him "THAT IS ENOUGH". Let me ask you....is this the way that an owner should be treating customers and employees?????? I recommend to anyone that is reading this post to NOT support this establishment. read more

I was there about a week ago, and I'm not very happy with the service that I received. I got the top of the line package, for about $27, as I wanted the entire interior vacuumed, armor alled, washed, waxed, etc. Don't get it wrong I don't mind paying and tipping for good service. However I don't like or appreciate, half assed service. I have several complaints to address here. First they didn't vacuum the back cargo area, I know this for two reasons, the carpet floor mats, that were in the back were never moved, as well as I still seen beach sand in the rear cargo area. The back window was never fully cleaned at the top of the window, that still had road grime on it. The back hatch, showed wax streaks. Door jamb kick panels, were still filthy from getting in and out of the the vehicle. It would have taken all but a couple of minutes to wipe them off. I asked the guy that was drying off the car very nicely if he could please put the carpeted floor mats under the all weather rubber mats, he never did. I felt as he just completely blew me off. All in all it may seem like minor things, but I paid good money, and got less than stellar service. I'm not sure if I will be a repeat customer, or not at this point. read more

I took my Genisus Coupe here. I asked if my car was to low to the ground for the tracks. They assured me they did cars like mine all the time. Needless to say not only did they absolutely suck at washing my car the bottom of my car was so damaged it costs me 500$ to get it repaired!! The owner there said the damage was not their fault. Only good for cheapest service.... Even if you pay the $25 for the best service (includes trunk) and have a completely empty car for easy cleaning, you still have rugs in need of more vacuuming and cup holders that are completely ignored, door jambs that look as though they were not touched and a trunk that was not touched despite requesting it be done several times... I could see the trunk wasn't done at all from inside where I see them working on the car and then request again it be done... The attendant then goes out and has them do that.... I tip them $5 and we leave... I start looking around as we are pulling out to see the cup holders are the same and the floor is still in need of vacuuming... We pull over and I open the door and run my hand on the door jamb and its filthy still... I open the trunk lid and the jamb in there is still dusty... We go back and I point this stuff out the same attendant... With an attitude he tells me that "those are scuffs" and I wipe the jamb and show him the dirt left behind... He then tells me "that's detail work, but we"ll do those for you" and as for the vacuuming no response or action... The cup holders he said they can't get in there to clean those because the vinyl lining in the bottom is carpet... So basically you get the same service no matter what "package" you pick or pay for. Then go back again to give them one last chance to correct it... and get the police called and thrown off the property and have obscenity's and profanity screamed at me by "the owner" while I remain calm (I have the recording of the whole last interaction) it will be posted elsewhere. In a response to another review he mentions "I can't make an older car look new again" The car in question is a 2009, and can look as good as new in the hands of anyone with competence. read more

The back was not even touched, the center console area was not touched, the dashboard was not wiped at all. I paid $20 for the outside of my car to be washed basically. There is a first and last time for certain things and this is one of them! It was one thing to pay $3 to have my windshields washed, which is an extra charge, but to leave with smeared, lint filled windows was another! And the nasty, sarcastic attitude really topped it off! To be told, "I do all I gonna do ju take it or ju go bye" was really quite professional! Next time the same children that messed them up, I'll just pay them to clean them.
