I was loving this place for the first 5 to 6 washes, but something changed. The detergents used are no longer as efficient. After some time, my car would not be washed right. I brought it up to the gentleman that was spraying the cars and he was kind enough to let me go through again, but even the I could run my finger down the side of my car and you would be able to see that I removed more dirt on the one spot and it seemed like my car was not cleaned at all. That was something that didn't happen before when I started going there. I'm thinking they might have changed the soap or lowered the concentration to lower the cost... Not sure though. I have it 2 stars because it is not as expensive, but then if the car is not washed at least to a minimum of what they promise then it too expensive in my mind. I started going to the one on Garden Rd, between Delsea and Industrial. I have do not have a complaint and it's more economical than Al's. Maybe one day I'll give Al's a try again, it in the meantime I stick to the other one. read more

This business SHOULD get 0 stars. The contact number -nobody answers. The carwash did damage to my vehicle and I have no one to contact. Does anyone know how I can reach the owner of this business? We went through the touchless system and the hose damaged the side of my vehicle. Nobody there could help me and there's no contact information listed that is useful. I've tried calling this number for three days. Do not use this car wash and unless you don't care about your vehicle. If anyone that works here sees this -please get in contact with me by replying to this post and I will call you, if you can give me a good number to reach you . Went here on the way home from the shore to clean the salt air and seagul poop off, plus the car was dirty from before. Seeing it was a 'touchless' wash, I should have known better. But at least wanted to get the car a little cleaner. And that's all we got. It was basically a rinse. Hopefully the salt got rinsed off, but the bird poop is mostly still there. The dirt from before (we park under trees, unfortunately) didn't come off at all. It was a waste of money. They have a sign on the way out saying that satisfaction is guaranteed, but no one available to look at my still-dirty car, and a call to the phone number was not answered. I am extremely short and have a lot of problems trying to get the top of my vehicle clean when it's time to de-salt. My husband refuses to allow me to go to the car wash where brushes are used because they'll scratch the finish on the new van. So my husband suggested I seek out a "touchless carwash." I had no idea what the hell a touchless carwash was until I found one. Amazing. As a kid I always was amused by the novelty of sitting in the car in an automatic car wash as rollers with fluffy pink soap scrubbed the car clean. But my husband has strong feelings about allowing anything to actually TOUCH the car (gawd forbid!)... so I had to find a place where 1. there were no brushes involved and 2. I didn't have to get out of the car and get wet in middle of winter. Voila! Al's Supersuds has this awesome laser operated touchless carwash. I opted for the middle of the road package for $8. Worth EVERY penny. Car was squeeky clean, I was dry and hubby was happy. read more

I have a great experience every time I come here. If the line is long the owner directs which line cars should get in to in order to move the process along the quickest, and he's always out there giving every car a pre soak. I initially thought he was doing that because it was a long wait the first time I came, but the second time there were no cars/no wait and he ran out to make sure that I got the pre soak. I won't be going anywhere else for a car wash. read more

I went there to use the vacuum and to buy two air fresheners. The vending machine took my money and did not dispense the air fresheners. I looked all over for contact information or a customer service hotline and nothing is posted. I had to look online for a phone number and the number listed just rings and rings then a fax machine sound instead allowing me to leave a message. I would appreciate it if I could get in contact with someone for a refund. read more

I have used this car wash many times since the beginning. I do, however, prefer to use one that offers a vacuum, drying, and tire wet application. Now I own a Camaro 2SS that is not able to to use an automatic car wash that pushes a car though using tire driven rail(s). The reason is that there are larger tires in the rear than the front. So damn all of the automatic car washes in town save this one that you drive through and saves me the $35 or so for a hand wash! Thanks again, Al! read more

I paid $10 for the premium wash. It stopped working after the first soap. I tried to call twice and the phone just rings and rings and then gives an out of service tone after minutes of waiting. I can't just drive around with soap all over my car so then I have to get out in the cold and spend another $1.75 to use their hand washer that I'm too short to use for my Jeep and wash off all the soap. Would NOT recommend. read more

Long lines after a snow storm and the owner is out presoaking everyone's car. Definitely worth the money. The automatic, touch less car wash washes away all of the dirt and salt off your car. read more

First, this car wash has a really bad touch-less car wash. I took my car through it, paid $10, with their best package here is the outcome after wash/dry has been done: car is still wet, after it was " dried", bugs were still attached to the front bumper cover and some to the windshield, mirrors and sides of the car were wet because there is nothing in the car-wash to dry them, water marks were still on the windshield. In conclusion, save your money and go elsewhere, this automated car wash may wash and may dry the top of your car and thats about it. I was at much older car washes and had better automated car washing experience. I will never again come to this car wash to use their automated system. read more
