It took my card but would not allow me to pump gas. There was no money on it at all. It still showed forty dollars from the last person that pumped gas, and it would not clear a nd go back to zero So I could pump mine. The lady next to me said, none of the pumps were working. I went to another pump and tried it. Same thing happened. So I went in the store to tell Tell the lady inside and she said there isn't any problem with the pump. Nobody has complained about the pumps not working that day. I said, well, I'm complaining right now! I was in a hurry. I said here, just put $25 on pump 3. I'll pay for it in here. So I did that, and it worked . when I got home 15 minutes later, Something just told me to check my debit account. I had been charged the $25 cash that I put in there, actually put gas in my truck and an additional $38.03 .Some how the pump allowed somebody else to come in behind me And pump gas, I immediately called, and they said that that was my fault Because I did not come in and tell them there was a problem with the pump! I did go in there and tell them! they said there was nothing wrong with the pumps they would not give me my money back.Refused to give me my money back.Let alone look on the camera to see who stole the $38.03 worth of gas That was free to them! I will never go back to that gas station again! I am normally not like that. But when you live on a fixed income, $38.03 is a lot of money! SHAME ON THEM!!! SHAME SHAME ON THEM! As far as i'm concerned, they don't deserve the one star! But you have to put at least one star .Shame shame shame!

Rahman Gas and Market - February 13, 2024
Delipidated & held together by Duct-Tape (unfortunately; it is) gas/petrol pump.

    Rahman Gas and Market

I'm perplexed about what to write about my 2nd experience here with my Mother; she's beyond frugal…read morewhich is the "why" I found myself here; supposedly this fuel station has the "cheapest gas prices around"... At first glance of this dilapidated, un-loved by its keeper, gas-station/fuel market, I was shocked to see how broken-down the entire place is. It is small so it's easy to have a look around even while searching for which "Working", gas-pump to use, while pumping your gasoline/petrol &/or sitting in the auto, waiting to leave this unpleasant visual experience. I'm also, without judging or casting blame, on this unpleasant experience, cautious on even where to begin to describe it... It really is, & was that unpleasant of an experience... Where to begin............ Areas of concern & unpleasantness: 1. The pump I used, was PUMP #2 as per my printed receipt for $50 worth of cheap gas that does not work PROPERLY. Without EXAGGERATION, I can honestly attest to, the unpleasant reality that the nozzle & hose of this thing was totally WORN-OUT & worked haphazardly, SHUTTING OFF AND ON every 2 seconds at the very least, preventing me from being able to successfully pump my petrol. I finally gave in and tried wrapping the overly-long gas hose around the red pipe protruding out of the ground. Then it shut off every moment or so until it gobbled up my $50.......................... What in the He?? is going on here????????? It's sort of a redundant phrase as upon proper examination of the machine the gas comes out of which also contains the pin-pad where you pay for your gasoline/petrol, it's clear as crystalline, that this place is in DESPERATE NEED OF AN Affordable Face-Lift. Only seriously; it is. Had I known, that we would be stopping off @ this broken-down-jalopy-ready-for-retirement business, I would have taken more photos to showcase the disaster that lurks. True it may offer gas for "less" than a competitor, but the entire area of this petrol station from a 360-degree eye-shot screams: HELP ME!!!HELP ME!!! I am beyond neglected & my owner knows not-1-thing about the gasoline business including "appearances"... How important "appearances" are to a business &more importantly THE CONSUMER......................................................... The area that concerned me greatly was that it appeared that the gas pump station(s) are HELD TOGETHER BY DUCT TAPE!!! What!!??? It's sadly, all true........... I snapped some photos (Attached to this blazing review) because its rather disheartening to see a business that has clearly been there for decades (maybe different owners? idk), melting away like this; one piece of duct tape at a time.... The photos really do - If you ZOOM-IN to them, reveal areas where you can view the neglect of these gas pumps... I didn't locate a Yelp! Business Listing when "pre-review" searching here on Yelp! & on Google so I had to create one, in order to, complete my research. Wanna know something interesting & Curious? At the pump of this in need of TLC petrol market, & on my paid ATM Receipt is the wording where the name of a business might be: "Rahman Gas &Market". At the actual gas station is the business name of: "Triple R". The Address on the printed gas-pump machine receipt to me is: 2925 E. Whitmore Avenue, Ceres, CA 95307. Unsure as to the last bit of info located after the address information is: L306346244001. Maybe it is a Business License? I am unsure at this time.... If so, I approve of their transparency. Much................................ Now I don't know one-thing about running and owning a petrol market but what I have & can still share with you is the "feelings of a valued consumer at other stations". I lack the warm/fuzzy and appreciated feeling & over-all positive experience here at Rahman Gas & Market/Triple R Gas Station. Lastly, the white fence on the Northside of the "Market" area, is literally FALLING-Down & so broken there isn't enough duct-tape to fix it or hold it together unlike the gas-pumps themselves.... I was inside a few weeks back when escorting my Mother for some happenings, when I noticed the inside is pretty clean & maintained. Gold Star gas-station-person(s), I don't know your circumstances but please address the "broken-ness" of your real-estate. If I were in your shoes. I'd begin with a new paint-job & stay away from RED & Black... I might lean towards, shades of burgundy (leaning towards the lighter of the scale of color; with scant amounts of the deeper shades, add the shades (focus on the grey; its a doozie!) of grey/gray & you cannot go wrong with off-white or a muted "cream" color. 3 colors in total ought to help you bring you & your business into a new favorable light. Lastly, ditching the Aquamarine which is really a shade of Teal will do wonders for your paying consumers eye-sight; I'm still blinded by the teal lol..... Only seriously..... Sincerely, ~Jana Leigh Thomas Sr. Yelper! :)
