Do a little trinket shopping and then head to the coolest little mezcal and craft beer bar on Teniente past the church and to the right. They have a rotating list of 15 excellent flavored house-made mezcals and a decent craft beer selection, along with the lower-priced Mexican standard beers. All are served with snacks and friendly banter in a cool old west atmosphere. If you want mezcal to go, they will bottle it up, cork it, and put it in a handmade decorated bag for you to take home.
