He walked our entire area with us and thoroughly discussed what he would exactly do. His communication was excellent. He truly cares about doing what is right and best for his customers and the environment. We had gotten several estimates from other companies, and the communication with those companies was severely lacking. Kevin's quote was less than half the price and his work also encompassed cleaning and clearing up significantly more area than what we were quoted from the others. While he was working, he stopped several times to confirm he cleared exactly what we had requested. He also mulched up a large pile of cut branches that we were in the process of disposing of, that was not quoted in our estimate. Kevin was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. But more - his proactive attention to details and pragmatic recommendations to solve problems. He detected the smell of gas and brought in his sensor to thoroughly check. It turned out to be a leak at the back of my stove, which is why my sensor did not pick it up previously. He brought the gas valve out from behind dry wall, installed a new one so that it's to code and ready for a new stove to be easily installed.
