After several unpleasant occurrences there where I came out on the short end of the stick, I moved my accounts to the Augusta Credit Union. The people are very friendly and call me by my first name, and they always make me feel welcome. After two years there, I will say they have exceeded my expectations in terms of service.

I only stayed with them 2 months too long. Go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT TO BOA FOR YOUR BANKING SERVICES.

So I would have to recreate every payee, put in all the information again, then go into my husband's profile and delete them. This is ridiculous. They have put the payees under my profile for several years and now "they can't" - because it's a new system. It's a huge inconvenience. We've been with them for 30+ years.
