I've always had good, quiet neighbors and always felt safe living here. A nice benefit is the option for a short stay; it's rare to find a lease that begins with 6 months. It is also convenient to both Maryville and Knoxville and is within minutes of shopping centers. This complex does include a small gym and an outdoor pool, which the kids love. There are on-site laundry facilities and it is only a 1/2 mile from a laundromat. The ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone needing affordable housing.

Lately, 6 months, I've had numerous issues with my apartment. Including both my AC and heater going out when the weather was fluctuating. During this time, I reached out to the apartment complex and was told that it would be handled. It took almost 2 weeks to get it completed, it was suggested for a heater to be placed in my apartment temporarily and I have a dog. I was told I would not receive a discount on my rent because at one point I had to run emergency heat. Additionally, my toilet seat is broken, I sent it a maintenance request for a new toilet seat. I haven't heard from maintenance or anyone in the main office. This request was sent on April 1st, 2025. I live in a one bedroom apartment with one bathroom.
