I lived at this location for 3 years. When I first arrived, everything seemed to be good…read more Everything was nice and clean and staff was friendly. I won't go into too much detail about most of that time as it was just a few little things. The main reason for writing this review is to let others know of the dishonesty of this business and to protect yourselves vigorously by keeping detailed records of every interaction with them. It will not matter that they were aware of the situation or not as they never note accounts after being asked to and decide to have selective memory at a moments' notice. Back in early May of 2024, there was a fire that occurred in one of the apartments that were in my building (I want to apologize to the tenants for having to bring this up, complaint about the company requires it). The sprinkler systems went off and thoroughly soaked that apartment. The water from the sprinkler system flooded the downstairs apartments adjacent to it. I had a one bedroom studio apartment that was on the second floor but the staircase led down to the first story where my front door was. Water was running out from underneath my staircase and out my front door. I had emergency personnel tell me that they were required to enter my apartment and check the second floor to ensure no damage was taking place. Long story short, the emergency personnel tracked dirt and grime up and down my staircase. When the manager and assistant property manager both showed up, they had a dehumidifier delivered to pull up all the water which I had to personally empty for over a week. During that conversation, the stairs were discussed and let them know then that the stairs should not be responsibility, to which they agreed. I asked them to note my file (my fault for not looking over their shoulder to make sure they did their job) and thought this was a done deal. When I moved out, they came back and charged my for the staircase. I argued with them but they chose to have selective memory about the situation and charged me anyway. This is the deception I am referring to as I should not have been charged for the staircase. It's not about the money, it is about the deception. Do not trust these people ever, no matter how nice they seem to be. The very people I was speaking with were the very same people that were there for the conversation but suddenly had selective memory and told me to show my proof. The proof was in their heads the whole time because they were there.

So, a few weeks back, I made a review about this place. I moved here back in July and 5 weeks ago,…read morewe had a water leak. I reported it and to this day, there's been nothing done about it. The property director / manager Lacy came and wrote down almost 2 pages of things that she found and said: we will get right on this and start working. And to this day, nothing has been done to this place. Paying almost $2k a month for an apartment that isn't worth this astronomical amount of money with all these defects is asinine. Talking to the neighbor right next to me a couple days ago and they also have leaks that haven't been addressed neither. This weekend, we had some new people move in above us. They were up on Saturday night until after 1 am moving furniture around and we've reported them being so loud but nothing is being done about it. During the day, their small child is constantly running. Why complain ? Because I work the graveyard shift and I need to be able to sleep but with the child running and the lady constantly walking around you can't sleep. So today, I call and I get Shelby on the phone. I invited her to come to my apartment to hear what I'm dealing with, to only be told, Sir, I can call but there's really nothing that I can do about a minor child that won't quit running. I call tell them that they're loud but it isn't quite time. It's daylight, and I can't make them do nothing about their child. She didn't want to come listen to what I was saying, just like they don't want to address any other issues. They don't want to fix a single thing. But they're full of reasons and excuses. People outside smoking pot, women talking about their traffic and how much money that they're making tonight. Yes, women making money off men in an apartment community. I have video after video of the noise that I am enduring and it's infuriating that this place expects almost $2k per month to not sleep during the day (when I need to be sleeping) and have a community director (Lacy) and whatever Shelby is here, simply not care about their tenants. I spent last week at a friends house just so I could sleep, but it shouldn't be this way. I should be able to stay in what should be my home, my apartment. This place is horrendous!!! So, if you're reading this review, I implore you, choose somewhere else to live !!! Don't throw your money away on The Reserve and High Mark Properties. I shared just a few pics but I have more and I have videos. Just trying to decide should I post more of them. I am an irritated tenant to say the least.

READ TO AVOID YOUR WORST NIGHTMARES!!! MY MOM DIED HERE!…read more As far as apartments go, these are pretty standard for being run down and outdated on the outside with a slap of coat over the dirt on the outside. If you plan on leasing here, expect to submit 1 maintenance call a month on major appliances (plumbing, heating and AC, etc), to do your own pest maintenance and cleaning on things such as the shared hallways and stairwells, have dogs running freely through the parking lot after dark, and have the valet trash service canceled on a regular basis due to "nowhere to put the trash", so residents will pile it in the hallways for days on end instead. I would find the worst part of Bridgeway Apartments and AR properties to be its management (Candace) and lack of hands on ownership. I personally am NOT a lease holder with Bridgeway Apartments or any of AR Properties, however my mother was before passing away in the living room of her apartment (unit 127) and the management team is holding me financially responsible for an early termination fee of $5998 AND 60 day notice to break her lease, even though I am not a tenant and do not live in the state of TN. This situation has caused myself, my family and my career extreme financial hardship, disease related flareups and emotional distress. After speaking to multiple previous tenants and employees, this is a common charge for the deceased families of Bridgeway Apartments. They also do not disclose if someone has passed away for any reason in a unit. I highly recommend avoiding at all costs, NOTHING is worth the emotional distress this property and Candace is putting me through. My mother was given 3 months to live and passed away with me by her side in the unit within 16 days. She is NOT running out on a lease. She DIED.

This is the worst apartment i have ever lived in. The only reason we still live here is because the…read morerent is so cheap. We are in the second stonetree property, Creekside. Ever since we moved in it has been like pulling teeth to get anything repaired and it seems like nothing has been taken care of and maintained for years because something is constantly breaking. The owner should feel completely ripped off because the apartment manager spends most of his day on the phone trying to explain to someone how the state of disrepair the bulidings are in are not his fault. The night after we moved in the hot water tank broke so we had no hot water. a week later the air started leaking water all over the floor of the utility closet. Both times the maintenance line was busy, the voicemail full or when he answered he acted ****** and annoyed that we dared to call about a repair. The carpets are stained, worn and frayed. We found out after we signed our lease that we would be paying $30 a month extra for what they labelled as a patio but, was actually a broken chunk of concrete which only a quarter of what should have been the patio was intact. There were no screens in the windows when we moved in so when we found out that our heating and air unit smelled like smoke and was blowing dirty, unfiltered air through out our apartment we had to use the windows without screens for 2 weeks before they brought screens over that didn't actually fit the windows. There is paint smeared and splattered all over the floors and carpet and over the edge of the trim so it looks like nobody who has ever worked on the apartment cares about their work. The parking lot is in such disrepair that you have to weave back and forth up the drive way to keep from blowing out a tire. The air unit was installed in such a shoddy manner that there is no duct work in any of the walls or ceilings. The warm or cool air is just blown through the walls and ceiling. The coin operated laundry room has one washer and one dryer for the entire building of 8 units. When we moved in, the dryer had been broken for 6 weeks and it took another 2 weeks for it to be running again. And the dryer still doesn't actually, fully dry a medium to large load of clothes. Then we found out from another tenant that most of the other buildings dryers don't work at all. When we called about our drain on our bath tub being broken weeks ago (which was never acknowledged)it was on a friday and they said they couldn't fix it til monday but, this morning, a saturday, the maintenance crew woke us up at 8:30am when they started ripping up the carpets in the apartments directly over our heads. There have been other instances of them making ridiculous ammounts of construction noise and they have never given a notice about impending repairs. While i'm sure it's not required it would be halfway courteous to alert tenants to something that may wake the up early or disturb their sleeping baby. We would never have moved here if we had known it would be like this. and would never move here again.
