He walked us through the process and was very patient and accommodating, helping us with size recommendation and placement, changes to placement if we wanted to see it at a different angle, etc. and then he went to work and it was a breeze! The manager and assistant manager and head of HR wasn't present (I am suspicious that it's all the same guy) but at least there were pictures of him...even in the restroom (iykyk).
