I went there a couple of weeks after my brain surgery (I was still pretty spastic and weak with poor balance) and the lady behind the counter insisted in helping me move a small table out to the car to make sure I didn't injure myself; very sweet. One thing about this shop is that everything is well merchandised and properly compartmentalized. There are certain sectioned off areas which feature specific items. The clothing is better than much of what you would find at your local Goodwill and the prices are about the same. They have everything you would expect a decent thrift shop would have, but everything looks in better condition than you would see at a Goodwill. And once you find everything you wanna purchase, you spin the wheel to see how much you can save, up to 50% if you're lucky. They make you buy it back at whatever price they decide to put on it. I understand there is a contract, but I do feel like on a case by case basis other considerations are warranted. Even if you have a good rapport with them and have done them favors like donate a mannequin bust so they have a hat mannequin and return to them a Johnny Was top because they priced it incorrectly (They had $12 on it and I was going to buy it but then they realized their mistake and I gladly returned it to them so they could price it correctly). None of these things are taken into consideration if you need a favor. Aside from that the store is in & of itself well organized but if you buy to resell it's not worth it since they research all their merchandise. Most is overpriced in my opinion. Just make sure if you consign there to keep up with the expiration because of you want it back you'll pay for it!!
