Video gamers paradise. So I'm not sure how many pop culture type shops there are in Bentonville, but this place is pretty great even by most cities standards. They main thing here is DVDs and video games the isles are fully stocked with DVDs to rent and buy, plus an entire wall of video games and gaming systems to rent as well. The comic book selection is pretty minimal, but they do have a great stock of Funko Pop toys for the person looking to break into the collectors realm. Party! read more

This place is amazing and sells old video games and comics, I asked them how much they would buy a Nintendo switch for because I had seen one there that was selling for about 300 or 350, and they said they would give me 30 DOLLARS FOR IT, yet they had one for a way higher price than 30. I wouldn't really recommend this place for selling anything to them. read more

they made fun of the way I looked and called me wolf man when I came in to pick up a video I had reserved. I just got off work and i know I looked like a dirty old man but I am a brick layer and my job isn't the cleanest environment.. i drove over an hour and a half to pick it up.. I needed to buy some CDs for a gift and realized later that most stores don't sell CDs anymore haha. Luckily I noticed this store across the way from where I was and decided to check it out. They sell used and new CDs, movies, games, records and more. I mainly just checked out the CDs since that is what I needed to buy. The CDs are organized alphabetically, inexpensive and had a large variety. I was able to find what I needed and luckily there was a sell that day! If you're a collector, you know what to expect from a chain such as vintage stock. It's always going to be a hit or miss with stock and pricing. From video games, funky pop, comics, vinyls, you might come across something hard to find at a good deal, or you will have wasted time wandering aimlessly through a cramped store trying to figure out if you should buy something because you took the time out to drive there. However, if you have a little one, it will absolutely not matter to them. They decorate the place well enough that is pleasing to children of all ages. But really it all depends on the location and the items brought in my the locals for the store to purchase that will depend on if you end up finding those needle in the haystack finds. read more

Establishment mediocre, stock below average, staff condensending and rude. Mix that with lack of knowledge of vintage collectables and values other than Ebay you'll have the perfect storm for an insulting experience. Avoid this establishment is my advice as you'll be disappointed. read more

Today was my first experience with them and I am so glad I went here first for late minute Christmas gifts Staff was very friendly a young lady Hope was incredibly helpful finding everything on my list and recommending similar things to enjoy it was super busy but staff was so accommodating!! Extremely disappointed in the personnel and customer service at this store. I have a medical condition that makes it difficult for me to wear a mask. My doctor has advised against me wearing one. When I walked into this store, one of the associates told me to put on a mask. I let them know that I had a medical condition, and do not wear one for that reason. Another associate (who might be the manager) stepped in and very rudely told me that 'they have a right to refuse service to anyone'. This is incorrect, and apparently they are misinformed. A business may not discriminate against someone due to their medical disability (just like they cannot stop someone in a wheelchair from coming in). Mental and medical conditions are protected under ADA law, and if a business chooses to enforce a mask policy, they must make 'reasonable accommodations' for those who cannot wear one. This store did not offer any accommodations, and they were very unkind and rude with how they discussed this with me. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will be filing a complaint with the ADA for discrimination based on a disability, and I would encourage people to shop elsewhere if you want to support businesses that honor exemptions and medical conditions. read more

Stopped in to pick up the complete Indiana Jones DVD set. Always nice to walk around and look at movies again instead of trying to get something out of a box with pictures. read more
