I had someone originally, but they told me last minute they couldn't do it so I was in hunt mode. And it's hard to find the type of business you may be looking for when all you want is a quote because lots of places are doing more shirts or bigger ticket items. Anywho, she was able to speak w/ me. And we discussed some options for how to proceed. We even got as far as designing what I wanted. She was honest with the unknowns and potential issues regarding what I wanted. However, time was just not favorable on our side. So while it would've been great if I could've messaged her earlier to get it done, I appreciated her coming through with my last minute request & trying to help me even though it didn't work out in the end. It was the effort that really showed me she was at least willing. Everyone else I tried to contact either dropped the ball on communication or was online & id have to wait for shipping, and I wanted someone local for obvious reasons. She's very communicative which is also a plus in the business world.

He drew up the words on the screen and I took a screenshot to send to my brother for confirmation. He then told me that I cannot use the phone while placing an order. I asked how can I confirm if it's exactly how my brother wanted it. He then says, it's his policy for over 10 years. I then asked what the problem was & he replied that is someone walked in to place an order while I waited on a reply, he would have to take that person's order. I looked around & I was STILL the only customer there. I reply there is no one else here. He gets louder and says, well IF someone walks in, I will take their order. Again, I look around and said that's fine but there is no one else here.... At this point he is literally shouting at me, telling me that this has been his policy from doing business for over 10 years. I simply grabbed my backpacks and walked out! Nobody deserves to be treated like that when they are simply trying to do business. To this day, I still cannot imagine what the hostility was about..... I kept sending them different versions of the png and they somehow still could not get it to work. I sent them the last image and approved the final design and I waited several weeks for an email saying they were finished or at least a CALL! I called to check and see why they were taking sooo long and they stated that I had not approved the design yet. I was livid to say the least so I approved the final design AGAIN and they stated that the shirts would be done within the week. I waited AGAIN and called the following Monday... they said that the shirts had not been done because the image was not coming out right. I was so extremely fed up and just told them to refund me. They stated that someone would reach out to me the next day to complete this refund. I waited two weeks as they stated they were currently in the process of "moving" so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt! I decided to give them a call today again asking about the refund and the lady on the phone stated that the manager FORGOT AND SHE WILL TRY TO REMIND HER AGAIN... this place is horrible AND I ORIGINALLY PLACED MY ORDER IN SEPTEMBER.... ITS ABOUT TO BE DECEMBERRRR! I will never ever order from this place ever again, lesson learned. VistaPrint is my way to go from now on.

Second, when I called the person said to email...and then didn't respond until I called to follow up the next day. My email request provided the specific shirts (size and sku) to order and the deadline I needed them by. After 8 days going back on forth with slow replies they finally set up my order. Third, When I asked them to confirm they would meet my deadline, the response was "I need to order your shirts, they're not in stock". WTH? So today I went online to NinjaTransfers and ordered everything in 20 minutes with delivery in 3 days! This local business needs to seriously step up their customer service.
