Jane quickly let me know that there'll be an extensive wait because they prioritized appointments first. Once I told her that I'd purchased my tires from Walmart and had a road hazard warranty, she consulted with the Manager on Duty, Tony, and they were able to service my car immediately. Funny enough, no holes or punctures were found in the tire.... Now, I am just hoping that this isn't a fluke. Nonetheless, I appreciated their kindness and consideration after I explained that in order for me to get to work (30 miles away), I needed my car to be serviced. This Walmart was one of the most organized I've ever seen; it made the waiting time manageable as I was able to easily maneuver through the clothing aisles and came across some cute sale finds and even some Harry Potter items on clearance! A lot of their inventory was super fashionable and Texan proud, LOL

I attempted to exchange a dress that I bought my aunt for Mothers Day. When I found the correct size, I was checked out by an associate that was not helpful. She stated that I had to have the same method of payment for my exchange, the receipt and she could not look up my purchase. I informed her that previously, associates were able to assist. Slightly frustrated, I proceeded to pay for the other dress and hopes that I would find the receipt when I got home. On my way out of the store Ghita in a high spirited voice stated, "thank you for coming, I hope you have a great night". Something told me to ask for assistance and as I stated, she was able to find my purchased and refunded me with a gift card. The smallest interaction can really make for a different outcome if you just attempt to dig a little deeper, or go the extra mile sometimes. The previous associate didn't ask for manager, co worker or anything to confirm, but gladly took my method of payment. Ghita, just know. Shoppers like me, truly appreciate great customer service when everyone is choosing to shop online and have less interaction with people/human beings due to the potential lack of customer service. 10/10 Definitely recommend
