I've counted on them on multiple occasions, most recently for my artwork I sold as a vendor at my booth at Goldens in Golden. My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH. Dogs do not respond to screaming demands, no living creatures do!! Worse, I did toss out all the business cards, could not wait to leave the place each time, due to the screaming at the owners' dog, triggered too much in me, with having my dog whom I would leave in my car, Aspen is not subjected to such treatment. Both Father and owner were pleasant to me and the price, well I had my cards redone, a new place was perfection with $100 less in cost for more cards.
