Onnika and Claira were amazing, they worked with me to pack and ship my items, making sure to take extra care with fragile items. They helped find a reasonable shipping quote, and my bins actually showed up days ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend this store and these women for any pack/ship/printing needs; they are kind, professional and take the upmost care in this work and your belongings. 10 stars if I could!

Dogs do not respond to screaming demands, no living creatures do!! Dogs require calm and assertive, I have trained from Rottweilers to lhasa apso, cattle dogs and Arabian horses, all living creatures respond to calm loving relationships. 2: I was not informed of the closure during December, ergo I had to wait for the business cards 3: I am a detailed person, and did explain exactly what I wish to have, some of the details where missed and the quality of the photos did not show as expected. Possibly misunderstand or simply not a place for my business. Worse, I did toss out all the business cards, could not wait to leave the place each time, due to the screaming at the owners' dog, triggered too much in me, with having my dog whom I would leave in my car, Aspen is not subjected to such treatment. I wish for this business to take some of these suggestion and hopefully improve. Both Father and owner were pleasant to me and the price, well I had my cards redone, a new place was perfection with $100 less in cost for more cards. No photos were taken due to quality and tossed out. With regrets.........

We were able to find parking without much difficulty. The displays in the store are nicely done and very enticing. There's a true stationery department where many types of writing materials, business cards, announcements, invitations, and whatever else you might imagine can be ordered. There's also an extensive selection of greeting cards. Unique gift items lurk throughout the store from mugs to toiletries to tableware to jewelry, housewares, candles, stuffed animals, stickers, bags, books, and even bits of clothing from vests to caps to socks. Mind you, it is not an office supply shop like those major chains but, rather a copy and production business. I had a simple need to laminate a paper card that I carry in my wallet. There was only one man working (I think there are normally two) and he helped a regular customer in the shop, answered the phone and gave that person courteous service and addressed my needs all at once. Very friendly. I don't have many needs of this kind on a regular basis but when I do, I will definitely bring it here.

My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch.
