Long story short I'm updating my review based on actual results: I paid $700 for under eye filler. Which I was told that the fillers would last a year and that it would minimize the dark spots under my eyes and make it appear more full. So you do the treatment and then you come back for a review of the first treatment ....I came back and was told basically that the fillers didn't take and that I would be a perfect candidate for plasma treatment which was way more money! I paid all this money and she took before and after pics and there's NO difference! I feel like I have puffier cheeks. I called and advised of my concerns and was basically told "there's nothing they can do" they did offer for me to come back in, but it would be the same recommendation of plasma and nothing else that could be done! I was NEVER told this treatment would not work! I was told yes they can do it! I mean really who has $700 to waste??? So anyone can do Botox but not fillers!!!! She doesn't even map out where she's putting the Botox or filler she just puts it where she feels the need! Also my lips look jumbo with zero definition!! Waste of time and money and I should have paid attention to the previous reviews. I gave two stars for the customer service and Botox! Please look at other reviews! I was told I would get a $10 Starbucks card for a 5 star and still gave 4 on the first review and only updated AFTER the timeframe for results! read more

They do NOT try to upsell you a bunch of things - they give you a realistic opinion based on what's best for your facial structure. The clinicians are all amazing, experienced and very thorough. NO PAIN at all, numbing cream and a steady hand made this pleasant. The pricing was also phenomenal! They offer many specials and I treated myself to their holiday special on Botox. Let me start by saying I've been a client since 2020, this place has gone bad over the years and my review is for my last visit on June, 2024. I went to get my lips done, and I asked the NP if it's 1ml and she said "yes" she proceeded to Inject my lips and I would noticed she would squirt some product in a gauze before injecting me. Like WHY??? She wasted half of the product for no reason. The first time I ever went the NP told me "hey I injected 3/4 already, look at your lips and let me know how they look" and I would tell her "do more here". But don't LIE, squirt half of product out and say "your syringe is done" read more

I only tried them because Dr. Hegedosh from upstairs relocated her practice to Boca Raton. The first time I tried them I was surprised at the checkout they added a $35 "injection fee" -- which was conveniently not mentioned when I called to check their prices and make my initial appointment. The woman at the desk tried to act shocked that I wasn't aware of this fee and when I told her that I have been botoxing all over the US for the last 15 years and never had this ridiculous "fee" anywhere else she simply responded, welll, it's all over our website -- that I hadn't seen and still haven't seen. I resolved to simply keep looking for a Dr. Hegedosh replacement going forward and just never revisit VIP Aesthetic Center. FF to a couple weeks later and I see a Groupon coupon for Restalyne lip fillers for which I was due to update and lo and behold it was for VIP Aesthetic Center. The ONLY reason I decided to give them another try was because the Groupon coupon plainly stated that the $35 "injection fee" was INCLUDED in the voucher price. Now I'm at my appointment after the nurse applies numbing cream all over my mouth and about ten minutes later the same front desk clerk came in and explained that the $35 "injection fee" was actually EXCLUDED, and *not* INCLUDED. I prepared for this and pulled out a photo I took of the voucher with the included verbiage on my phone. She rambled on a bunch of word salad and when I stated I didn't appreciate the bait-and-switch, she again feigned shock at such a suggestion and asked if I would like to cancel the appointment. I took off work, had been sitting in there a total of an hour at that point with numbing cream on my face for the last 10 minutes which was now going down my throat because of COURSE she chose to break this ridiculous news after it had already been applied and I should not be moving my mouth and talking with that stuff on. Oh! This was also the time she decided to let me know that the Groupon for the Restalyne was *not* for the lips! I was in disbelief at this news and again showed her the photo of their own Groupon voucher -- with the picture of LIPS on it -- and she said, ohh, that one is only for the collagen booster. Has aNYoNe ever heard of Restalyne for lips that lasts only 2-3 *months*?? Again, been plumping up for the last 15 years and NEVER heard any of this nonsense before. ALL my previous Restalyne injections last over a YEAR! She kindly explained they did offer that one, but it would be an upcharge of $150. Which of course, now I had no choice but to either pay or leave having wasted an entire afternoon numbed up with no service and then have to start all over again elsewhere. So, $185 later (the $150 upcharge + $35 "injection fee") I decided to cut my losses and learn my lesson: N E V E R go here again. At least Groupon refunded that BS $35 "injection fee" *shrug In summary: BUYER BEWARE **edit: It is now weeks after this procedure and I am receiving an email that they collected $80 in rewards points from ASPIRE Galderma Rewards -- which after phoning that company just now said I should have gotten as a rebate in office. I already filed a complaint with the BBB. Just wow. read more

RUUNNN FAST AND FAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Do NOT go to this place, IF YOU VALUE YOUR LOOK OR SANITY! RUN and save your money. Its a total dirty gross scam. The rudest front desk clerk ever! Wow. First, prepare to use the stairs as the elevators don't work or had more than 20 min wait.. more importantly, it's filthy, no one at the front desk. You'll wait 20 minutes after you call them at the door. Trash in hallway, rude front desk clerk. Trashy signs hanging on the door. Not classy or professional for the 1st thing clients see. No temperature taken or any covid precautions. 5 people in a waiting room.. Literally had a lady waiting walk out and say she didn't feel safe once we arrived. We should've left then. But no, we tried our luck. You buy a lip filler syringe and pay, only to be told its not a good one and you'll need two for a nice look for $600! I've done lip fillers many times and NEVER had 2 nor been scammed. They say it's in a room, numbed lips and after an hour and 17 (yes 77 minutes) I went outside, looking for help, asking what was happening as our appointment was at 11am and it was passed 12:20 then! The front desk agent (who claims she is a director of operations also of "all of their locations") was extremely rude, condescending and should not work in customer facing positions! She lectured us about being patient, though by now the numbing cream had even stopped working. When we asked how much longer, as it was almost 90 minutes by then waiting the same lady once again claiming her director of ops title as her badge of honor was disgruntled and combative saying she didn't even know we were in the room still. She should NOT interact with humans. I literally have no words. Her attitude is horrendous! Anyone who is in charge of her should understand the voice of one is the voice of many and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. As a business owner, I'd do a sting with a client I know coming in to get the REAL experience. Though this company responds to their other negative reviews stating they don't have rude employees (like who runs a business and even says that! Amateur hour). There's a reason this place is on Groupon and discount places (which I did NOT HAVE and was going to pay full regular price) The lady got super upset with asking why this is a 90 minute process, saying they only get half of Groupon money so if anyone wants nice lips they need to pay $600 lol. Mind you, fillers are $500 anywhere. Ewwww horrendous! Take your business FAR FROM HERE unless you want to risk getting a crooked face with botched sketchy products, similar to what a client mentioned as I left - she said they left her face crooked and lips uneven. OMG SOOO GLAD I LEFT! Total time for simple lip fillers over 2 hours and MAJOR NASTY ATTITUDE. Oh PS update, my sister lips are crooked.
