I really love this location and the ladies who work here & do the treatments. Their scheduling is really flexible and you can update your appointment online if you need to change it. I go in for laser hair removal on face and armpits and I'm really happy with the results so far. Yes, it is expensive but the plan they offer is worth it to me. Front desk receptionist was friendly ! Let me in the door as soon as I got there. My technician was also very sweet and helped me right away. She explained the whole cool sculpting process to me while inside gave me a bottle of water and ensured that throughout the process I was comfortable and came by to check in on me occasionally. She was positive that with one session I would be okay due to not having a high percentage of body fat and she didn't try to sell me any other service . I will be back soon though to maybe try something else cause they were very comforting and quick. Around 2:30 I called to schedule appointment, the woman at the front desk answering the phone was super quit and unprofessional * I said is this ideal image? - yes * okay can I schedule appointment? The line falls silent - hello? Not very professional how she answered the phone. The lady made everything okay I said I need to reschedule my appointment bc I'm at the bank and it's going to take longer than expected. She says okay it's $60 fee - I'm like my Botox isn't even $60... I just need to reschedule. DO NOT GO HERE with Sabrina. I did a virtual consultation first before going into my first laser bikini appointment. I asked the consultant if I needed to do anything before like shave and she said no. Upon arrival, I had to wait a while before anyone acknowledged my presence, then a nurse Sabrina came to get me. Sabrina said I needed to go into a changing room and shave, handing me a plastic low-quality razor blade. I do my best, getting few nicks given the low quality of the razor, so then Sabrina says she can't do the treatment. She leaves abruptly and then the manager comes in to apologize and sweet talk me, proceeding to do only half the treatment avoiding the nicked areas. Horrible communication and handling of the situation, I could not have asked for a worst first laser experience or with Ideal Image, and I am asking for a refund. read more

Let's face it! Its obvious that not everyone can work up the courage to go through laser hair removal procedure. However, Ideal Image has made that experience quite pleasant and confortable. From the welcoming to the procedure, top notch in my observation. There are more entities around which are well known and I consulted with, but this one was appointed by my gut feeling and I don't regret it. It's taken me a bit to decide to get laser and at first I was regretful of how costly it turned out to be, but now, I couldn't be happier. I've only had one session, but I'm seeing great results. The staff is extremely kind and patient enough to answer every single one of my questions. What I also like is that I wanted to laser my arms and legs, but was told my hair is too blonde and that it wasn't worth my wasting my money. Convenient location and a full staff of friendly and helpful team members who take you through the process step by step. The process is long and does hurt a little but is definitely worth it. My experience here was amazing! First of all, the ladies in the front were very nice and made sure my wait to see the sales consultant was a pleasant one. They provided me with water and snacks. Then the sales consultant Josie did an amazing job helping me figure out exactly what I needed. I told her I wanted a Brazilian and underarm laser hair removal and set me up with a great payment plan and made me feel 100% secure with my decision. I also wanted cool lip fillers and instead of just taking a sale, she gave me her honest opinion and set all the facts in front of me on why she didn't think It would be a good idea. And so that I could feel good about my decision and know everything, she brought in one of the health care professionals to evaluate me and explain everything. My first session was the week after I bought the package and It was amazing. I had Amanda and she was so caring. I was told by friends the laser hurt but Amanda really helped me deal with any pain I might have and took It at my pace. So far I've done two sessions and the results are AMAZING! I was looking for a good deal on groupon for my botox but realized the last place I visited was not very professional. As I mentioned this to Stephany Diaz which works at this location she referred me to use them. I must say I was impressed with the atmosphere of this office, so clean and beautiful. The lady at the front desk was very profesional, she offered tea or coffee, I had some green tea and sat down. I was greeted immediately by Ashley who took me in and consulted me, she was very friendly and professional as well, shortly after Yuri walked in, she checked my forehead and offered addional botox on the my crows feet, the pricing was magnificent so I went for it. I was given a tablet to enter all my health information, they have nurse practitioners there that will clear you for their services. I was at ease with this. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely go back in 5 month time for retouching, Do yourselves a favor and do not take bargains on your skin, on yourself. I started a package of sessions for laser hair removal in GA, but placed my treatments on hold as I was moving to a state that did not have an Ideal Image center. A couple of years later, when I was visiting Fort Lauderdale, I went to the Ideal Image at the old Aventura location (18851 NE 29th Ave) to have another treatment. There were no issues with this session. However, when I visited Fort Lauderdale the following year and tried to schedule a session, I was told that my package had lapsed and that I was ineligible to receive the last 2 treatment sessions. Apparently after my 1st treatment at the old Aventura location, the staff did not place my package back on hold even though I told them that I live out of state and did not know when I would be back in Florida. Staff did not make any notes in my file - nothing about the fact that I live out of state! I called the manager at the old Aventura location to discuss my situation, but she never returned my calls. I was cheated out of 2 of the sessions that I paid for!! read more

The procedure itself is quick (took about 10 minutes for upper lip and chin) and the pain is bearable. They are all friendly! Every time I have gone in there they are always checking to see if I'm comfortable and after the session they ask if I would like anything to drink... so sweet of them!.... but this IS a commitment.. and it DOES hurt.. I like to think that I have a high threshold for pain... this totally doesn't count! every time I go in and they ask how I am doing on the pain... my response...
