Did not pick up our phone calls the day of the scheduled arrival on a business day when they did not show up. Follow up conversation after the event was that we did not pay the deposit. We relooked at the contract, emails and their online policies, no mention of a deposit was required, asking for a credit card number or mention of collecting payment, we would have happily complied if that was asked of us. In fact, in their FAQ section there is a statement that a deposit was not required of rental reservations. In hindsight, we should have known when we reached out a week in advance to confirm and they did not reach out back to us. Luckily, we were saved by a DJ vendor we had hire annually for this annual event that had extra equipment to help us out. Truly disappointing and stressful to our group figuring out a no-show the night before our event.

DJ Twin Spin scheduled a consultation months before our wedding and was very transparent with what to expect. He guided us through the process, and recommended that we utilize DJ TN who works for Twin Spin Entertainment based on our taste in music and vibe we were aiming for. Although Young gave us the option to use the boss himself, we decided to go with his recommendation as we were fully confident with his team. We then had a few more consultations with DJ TN as he walked us through the timeline, music selection, and MC services. The website had a lot of forms to fill out which helped us stay organized for items such as music playlists, bridal party/family names, and special dances etc. DJ TN helped us navigate through our timeline and coordinated with our photographer, videographer, and day of coordinator to ensure everything was seamless and naturally transitioned throughout the event. He also gave us great suggestions on bridal entrance ideas, and how to open the dance floor without making it feel awkward. During the ceremony, he had us mic'd up and the amplified audio was perfect without having any issues. The reception was no different, with excellent audio quality while also MC'ing to keep guests attentive while we were whisked away for photos. During open dance, the combination of high quality speakers, LED uplighting, and music selection really kept everyone engaged and ended the night on a positive note. Mark did an amazing job with exactly the AV technical equipment and expertise we needed for a large…read morescale watch party. His team delivered with precision and far exceeded our expectations with both a large LED screen and several sets of speakers. Both the sound and visual were exactly what we were looking for. He came ahead of the event for a walk through and evaluated what would work best. Seeing the space, he recommended something that made more sense than what we had originally asked for. The sound was synced perfectly with no delay, even for those seated far from the screen. In fact, no matter where you were physically in the large space the sound was the same--unlike other concerts I've been too where the speakers either blow you away or aren't loud enough depending on where you are. It was loud enough to be immersive without being overpowering. I am in awe of how he did it! He was prepared with all the necessary cords and adapters to have a hard internet connection with WiFi as backup so there was no risk of glitches.
