They pick up cars from me and drop off when ready. They even wash the cars so when I get them back, I can use them in my fleet right away. I recently used VIP Collision to repair my vehicle after it was hit in a parking lot. I took it in late in the morning to get an estimate and Steve was extremely helpful. He gave me two options on the repair and explained the differences in cost and long term benefits. He also called the dealership to see if the parts were in stock and as they were he said he would be able to start on my vehicle the following day and would have it back to me on Friday. I have worked with body shops before so I was skeptical about the completion time. Now I'm not easily swayed and I did have another company to check out, but I was sold the minute I saw his new puppy. To me that means he pays attention to detail and is aware of what is going on around him and he cares. And I was right. Steve called me Thursday afternoon to tell me my vehicle was ready. I had an excellent experience with VIP Collision. I had to go around town and gather as many quotes as I could because I was paying out of pocket, not with insurance. Their quote was the lowest AND they were able to get my car in the very next day! The gave me a 10 day estimate for repairs and actually beat that by a few days. The final price for the repairs was very close to the amount quoted. I brought my car here for an estimate about a week ago. I was greeted by the cutest bulldog, named Grey, and then by Steve. He was very friendly and professional, and took no time at all to give me an estimate for a straightforward repair. I took my car to another great collision repair shop and the estimate they gave me was within $5. VIP could get me in immediately and told me it would be up to 3 days to get my car back. I got a call a day and a half later that my car was done! The work is perfect, and the timing far exceeded my expectations. And when I got to pick up my car, Grey was there to greet me again, which is a bonus! Steve checked us out in a jiffy and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at VIP Collision. I kid you not, I probably spent less than 10 minutes TOTAL in the lobby waiting between estimate on my first visit and check out when I picked my car up. No time wasted which I completely appreciate. I give VIP my highest rating. I initially got some on-line estimates and based on existing reviews went in to VIP for a look-see. I am a picky, old guy and I must say that the waiting room and restroom were clean and organized. They did an outstanding job on my truck - like the damage was never there. Paint and overall finish is just like new. Paint & body is something I know little about, but they have their act together - I was comfortable with them and ultimately very pleased with the work. I don't usually write a review, but I owe it to them. Got an estimate the same day from John and I brought in my baby Beamer to them the very next week. They fixed the front bumper and fender after some Old fart HO hit my car and run away. Good thing, I found VIP Collision. Great price great service. Told them, I can only leave my car for 3 days, and they agreed to it. They finished by the date they agreed to it and the end result is great as well. I was worry that my car will be left dirty , but none of that. It was still clean just like before I left it.
