They truly love animals here and the dogs just have FUN! As far as safety, when you board your dogs somewhere with other animals that play, things happen. My dogs have come home with scratches and gashes, this is part of boarding people! The facility can not be responsible for every little thing that happens. They again said well he is 11 years old, and probably jumps off furniture.....I was told there is nothing to worry about we will give him a pain shot, and medication, I could only afford the gabapentin, i said i would Pick up rest on payday Friday. Wednesday my puppy declined, I called Thursday first thing in morning. They said there is no Vet take him to ER. After paying more than $600, you couldn't take a look at my Baby, I was desperate, I reached out to a friend, she drove me to Juarez, Where I met an Angel of a VET, unfortunately I was too late, I wish I could of met Him Sunday. He moved quick swabbed my baby was negative, then he checked his Temperature, Super High, started IV said he'd have to stay the night. My Baby passed like 3 hours later. My Heart Burns, Aches, That was first pet I had my whole life, He was a precious Shih tzu, My Best friend If my dog would of been vitaled like we do here at work, I work for medical clinic, Probably already started with fever, or the "SHOT" that was given was NOT right for mY Baby!!!!
