Do Not use this locations services. They will rip you off and waste your time. If I could give less than one star, I would. Made an appointment for health check and received an email confirmation. Went to my scheduled appointment and was told that the doctor is not in today. Never received a call to let me know. Very unprofessional to not call and reschedule for a later date. Had to drive 45 minutes each way for nothing. They also lied about the price of their services. My confirmation shows the service is $149. But was told that the service is now $199. And they said the confirmation email was "wrong." Basically, they wouldn't honor the advertised price. I will not be rescheduling and will never return to this location for any services. read more

But they don't accept TB test by the photo, which is weird, it's not a heart surgery it's just a red spot. Also, they have no shipping, so you have to pick up your docs in person. I had my immigration health screening exam done here. It is the most reasonably priced location I've found to get it done with a civil surgeon. It was a simple phone call to schedule an appointment as well. The clinic was clean, spacious, with a comfortable waiting room. I found all the staff to be very friendly and kind, I had a nice conversation with everyone. Dr. Rozenblat was a great doctor to work with, she does everything the right way and answered all my questions. I found the process simple and efficient. Was looking for somewhere to get my immigration medical exam, and found VIP. Was very impressed with my first appointment, where the wait time was minimal and the staff were very friendly and efficient. My second visit was to check my reading, and this went smoothly also. When I returned to pick up my form (third visit) is where they lost a star. I called in advance of my appointment to confirm that my paperwork was ready. I was put on hold but then told yes, it was ready. When i arrived I waited 10 minutes before i was acknowledged. Then when they retrieved my paperwork I was told it had not yet been scanned, and I was forced to wait 30 minutes before they gave it to me. Overall for the price it was the right choice for me, and I would be glad to recommend to other, but would caution to allow some extra time, as this is a busy practice. read more

We have tried to use them twice in the past week & on both occasions they failed to deliver results in the timescale they promised- 100% failure rate.The only thing they will do fast is take your money. I made an appointment online to come here for a Pap test. The office called me to confirm and when I called back I was greeted by the RUDEST receptionist. She immidietly asked me what insurance provider I had and when I told her she replied rudely, you can't come here with that insurance. On their website my insurance provider is on the list! I would like to share what I have experienced in the office. I've been looking for a doctor that could be my regular doctor since I haven't had one in many years. Dr. Gen Rozenblat was recommended by one of my associate. I called and made appointment for the next day & was told to bring my ID and an insurance card with me. I noticed that I didn't have the insurance card that morning so I called Aetna and was told that they don't send out ID cards anymore since I can pull it up with my Aetna app. on my phone and/or print it out. At the office I provided my ID and showed the insurance card on the app. and was told that the policy states that they will only accept the card and not the print out or anything else. I called Aetna and asked the representative to explain to the receptionist that they simply don't provide the cards anymore and was told once again that they will not see me today. The receptionist was very condescending and simply rude. I then said that since I took the day off from work and had a babysitter watching my son I will just pay for the visit out of my pocket and will deal with insurance later. I offered cash or card and was told that since they know that I have the insurance they will not accept any form of payment since that it also their policy! When I asked why wouldn't they accept payment upfront I was told that it's to much hassle for them to deal with insurance company and that's why they have that policy. I asked for her name and was told that she will not provide her name to me. One of the receptionist Lisa went to ask the doctor and was told to run my card and go from there, another receptionist that didn't want to provide her name said that Aetna needs to fax it to them, Aetna replied with "we can mail the card but it will be a print out" just like if I will print it my self. At that point I was told to go away, she said that I need to stop trying to force my self to see a doctor and that I'm blocking the window from other patients while there was no one standing behind me. Extremely disappointed with my experience and will most definitely share with all my coworkers and family. BTW...following week I went to see another Doctor and had no issue with my insurance information via app on my phone. read more

I was in immediate need of an immigration medical examination and found this place through Yelp. Making the appointment was easy, however only after I tried making it online and, to be safe I decided to call to confirm said appointment at which point they told me that they were experiencing problems with their online systems so they had no record of my appointment. At this juncture they did helpfully make an appointment for me right then and there. Once I got there, 15 minutes early for my appointment, they were very nice and attentive. Slight snag was that they did make me wait for 45 minutes past my appointment time, but once I was seen they were very efficient and kind. I received my results about two weeks after my appointment, which was a little too long for my taste but I understand how things slow down around Christmas and New Year's. if i could give 0 stars i would. my sister came here to do her lip fillers and the lady who was doing her lip fillers threw out half of her lip fillers when my sister paid over $1000 for 2 syringes. my sister asked to see the syringe to make sure all the product was in her lips, when she asked the lady said no she couldn't show her because she already threw the syringe in the red bin. then they called back my sister a couple of minutes later after she left saying that her syringe was there. these people are bullshitters this is such a scam place. the lady also had a horrible attitude and treated my sister horribly from the beginning. this place doesn't know what they are doing. save your money and go elsewhere for those lip fillers. they threatened my sister as well. super unprofessional read more

I've had 5 lazer-lipo treatments so far and I recently started feeling/looking like I'm seeing results. I have followed directions - have been doing light exercising and drinking lots of water. I use a wheelchair and the employees have been very helpful and accommodating. They fully explained the process, what to do and what to expect.
