The gate works inconsistently--about 50% of the time--and today was one of those days it failed. As I waited, an employee came out to manually enter my plate number (which never works). After recognizing me, she sighed, visibly frustrated. I calmly explained that I wasn't blaming her, but mentioned it's frustrating and I felt bad for holding up the line. She responded by yelling, "Jesus Christ," and then, in a rude tone, told me to have a good day. I still smiled and told her the same. Shortly after, Shine chose to cancel my account due to this interaction. While disappointing, it's not surprising. The location has ongoing issues: an unreliable gate, weak vacuums, and only one site in the entire metro isn't helpful. On a positive note, the manager, Bryce, has always been patient and easy to work with. Unfortunately, some of the younger employees don't show the same level of professionalism or respect. It's unfortunate things ended this way, but I hope my feedback helps improve the experience for other customers moving forward.

Fully stocked with soap, wax, etc. I've never paid and only been able to get water. Tuesdays they run a $.50 special. The time limit is a little lower but you can still get in a decent wash on a car-pick up truck for around $2.00-2.50. There is also a touchless car wash bay if you don't want to was yourself. I've never used it so not sure how great it works. Every car I've seen come out of it looks well washed.

I have gone to many Mister Car Wash locations around the metro area. While some reviews often…read moredescribe the car wash value, and how good/bad the wash itself does, this is one of my preferred locations regardless of car wash value feelings. While there are a couple of things that I dislike, such as there not being a curb/sidewalk to stand on to reach and dry off the rear lift gate, and the sharp turn radius necessary we enter the actual wash itself, besides the staff always being friendly, this is the only location that consistently sprays off the vehicles. When paying for the top tier of wash, one would expect this, but it is not the case unless it is in Anoka. And, they actually walk around and spray the rockers, wheels, wheels wells, and front. It isn't a brief misting like nearly every other location when it occasionally happens. What they do is almost like the full-service car washes of past. I am only in that area two days a week, but go there as much as I can, and having the monthly membership makes it that much easier. Lastly, their air hoses always have good PSI, unlike several locations, the vacuum area is always clean, and the equipment is always appears to be cared for and maintained well. If ever in this area, I highly recommend this location.

The staff here are so friendly! The store is always stocked; there's usually fresh donuts and if…read morenot, the boxed donuts are usually fresh from that morning! I love their snazzy smoothie machine. There's also coffee machines with whipped toppings and syrups. My only criticism is that sometimes I get charged the wrong price for what's in my cup. Like I'll get a lemonade and be charged for a slushee of the same size. It's only a 30-50 cent difference, but it can be annoying.
