My 14 year old daughter and her 13 year old friend went to get their nails done for an upcoming event. The man (nail tech) got upset with them because they were laughing and assumed they were talking about him. They are 13/14 yr olds. They were talking about boys. Her friend started to try and have a conversation with this man (nail tech) and he CUSSED at her. My daughter who was shocked, asked if he just cussed at her. He then starts yelling at my daughter and told her to shut the F up. Because he was mad at this point, for whatever reason, he takes my daughter's friends hand and starts ripping the acrylic nails off of her fingers. He managed to rip two off and shoved her hand into a bowl of acetone. she was telling him it was burning and he told her, "oh well." Y'all she was bleeding and he had her hand in acetone! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! These kids are minors, females, and were talking about boys. This old foolish MAN thought it was a good idea to treat minor females in this way! DO NOT COME HERE! Where do I begin... was looking for a nail salon and not from here. This place is such a rip off. They had some lady doing my pedicure who was wearing house slippers smelling like a pack of Marlboros. Very unprofessional. They rushed both my nails and pedicure. Everything was half assed. No, just no!! If you need nail services,and you're considering this place, the answer is no. If you have a sign that says "payment prior to service" it speaks volumes. I rcvd a SNS (powder) mani and pedi. Pedi: decent chairs but that's where it ends. No attention to cuticles (you better come with your cuticles trimmed), no nail shaping, 1 min lotion application (massage?). They will offer a "deluxe" pedi which involves a $10 upcharge for just a scrub. SLOPPY polish application (my teenage son could have done a better job). SNS manicure: No cuticle attention, no hand soaking prior to manicure. Technician simply used lazy technique of grinding away with dremel tool. Anyone whose had powder mani, knows cuticle prep is key. Dip technique was adequate. No hand arm massage at end of manicure. Ppl who arrived after me rcvd a menu of services however I was offered none. Needless to say, I will never return and would not recommend to anyone aside from a man needing a pedicure or a little girl's "special day out." STAY AWAY read more

I received one of the sloppiest pedicures I have ever received in life. If I only wanted my feet washed, I could have done it myself. Once upon a time, I got great French gel manicures here. Today, I had to go back because the nail polish was sloppy and uneven. It got repaired, but the nail tech seemed content with the shoddy job, yet angry that I wanted it fixed. It looks fine now. First the mother and father talked me into getting the dip, I explained to them I had it before, and it doesn't work on my nails. But, they wouldn't take no for and answer, telling me there product was the best, I told them if it didn't work, I would be back for them to fix any mess ups. They guaranteed me it would last for 3 weeks. I got my nails done on a Thursday, and was back on the following Tuesday to repair 3 of my nails that cracked, and came back the following Thursday, two more had cracked. They got an attitude with me and was very disrespectful. The father accused me of biting my nails. I was willing to pay for him to just redo my nails, and dip them three times instead of two, because of how short and thin my nails are. He said he didn't want me to pay, and for me not to never come back He did a rush job on my nails, and had his wife put the last coat on, and when I showed her all the excess color on my fingers, she told me to go home and wash my hands and it will come off. Their lost , not mine, I was not trying to cause a problem, I just wanted what I paid for. I pray they learned from this, and understand everyone do not have the same type of nails, and the same thing don't work on everybody. Eventhough he didn't want my money, I still left $20, because I feel a person's time is worth something, and I wasn't trying to get over on them. Let me preface this by saying that everyone at this establishment was very nice and it was clean. I had a VIP pedicure which was apparently the best that they offered, so I expected a more lengthy experience with more services. This was the quickest pedicure I have ever had, lasting only about 20 minutes, and they did absolutely nothing beyond a what I would expect from a very basic pedicure, yet we paid for a premium service. The tech did minimal cuticle work, and the leg massage lasted maybe a minute at best. The techs were talking on cell phones while they provided services, which was very unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! The lady that was suppose to do my nails name is Lee. When I arrived she immediately got irritated because I didn't pick a color in 1 min. While someone else painted my toes she took a nap in the front chair. Then she proceeded to do my natural nails (dip polish). The nails were lumpy and not fully polished on the sides so, the pointed that out before she considered and she said the top coat and file will fix it. After she was done it wasn't fixed so, I asked if I could get them fixed the next day cause i had something to do. Her answer was no today only o said ok, Instead of fixing my nails she called another customer and started doing a pedicure ( ignoring me) I asked who was doing my nails she said i had wait Again. I needed a really good manicure and pedicure so I tried this place for the first time and I will not, I repeat I will not go there again. My pedicure was done, the lady rushed through it and barely took any time just running a pumice stone around my feet...I didn't notice how bad it was until I got home and looked under the bottom of my feet and saw dead skin still intact. Then when it came time for my manicure the women tried to just file my nails and paint them rather than giving me a full manicure. I had to stop her and tell her I needed a manicure at which point she handed me over to somebody else. I will never go there again. The lowest service I have ever received in my entire life. Unprofessional, tricky, mediocre, poor service. They claim to charge $32.00 for their manicure & pedicure, but surprise when I was going to pay, it's $37.00, why? Because the lady added on her OWN a scrub on my leg for less than 15 seconds. If they'd have ask acknowledging the customer there's an extra charge, that'd be fine but to do it without letting the customer know is completely unprofessional and unfair. Besides this, the manicure and pedicure was extremely poor in quality. On my manicure, she did not even got my hands wet with water, she started working on dry hands, can you believe that? Then, on my pedicure to save some polish I guess, she only did one cover instead of two, she also missed the dryer. I basically paid for having nothing done, the polish was not even properly applied. I wish I could attach pictures so people can see what they do at this place. STAY AWAY FROM VIP NAILS! 0 starts, the only reason you see 1 start is because system requires me in order to leave post but I give 0 stars.
