Horrible service. I was going there for about 5 months, always looking for Kevin. Really quite guy but really profesional. This time I found out he is gone. I made the appointment and I was so surprised there were just 2 people doing manicure and pedicure. My appointment was for 3:30pm and it took 30 minutes to get my turn. I was so surprised to see how short of staff there were and how busy it was. I told Johnny that I could come back next day but he insisted that it was ok. He was doing my manicure at the same time with another 3 ladies!! It was horrible!! Didn't cut my cutiles, my nails were soaked in acetone for 30 minutes and while he was painting my nails, he was painting the other 3 ladies nails at the same time! I just got 1 coat of gel, now they're horrible, they last just one week, they are peeling off and they're breaking down!! Please, if you don't have enough personal, DON'T OVER BOOK!! I really like this place, I was a walk in for a manicure and an appointment for a pedicure a week later (I mention it because it was easy to get an appointment and hours were open and convenient), both times were very pleasant, they took me in right away which was nice since it was a spur of the moment decision, and I really like the results. I got a 'no chip manicure' with gel polish, it looks very beautiful and a week later sure has not chipped. I have gotten compliments on it, my only complaint is that they charge $5 extra for French tip which I feel is a little too much especially because it's already a tad pricey here for their services, $30 for a manicure is already kind of a lot. The pedicure was an 'herb deluxe spa pedicure' $50 is expensive but it was nice and felt good, the tech was friendly and professional, kind of hard to understand her English but patient when I didn't understand what she said like when I'd move and she wanted me to stay still, I like her and she did both services for me. They accept credit card but prefer cash, if you pay with cash you get a punch card if it's more than $25 and after a certain amount of times paying cash you get a gift or something I forget. Anyway, I'm definitely going to return but probably not very often because of the prices but the service here is nice. read more

First off I will never go to this nail salon again. When I had called to make my appointment I said for acrylic full set. Don't you think that that is what I would have gotten and then charge for? Nope! I got charge for gel and when I said something to them they said some bullshit about the fact I should have just said only acrylic or something like that. Okay so whatever $10 is $10 but they also don't tell you on the phone that because of covid-19 they are charging $5 extra to any service you get. So that's 15 extra dollars I had to pay and I also had another person I was paying for. I'm all for helping small businesses and paying an extra $5 wasn't my issue. My issue was the fact I wasn't told about it beforehand and then was charged for something I didn't ask for. Maybe they should clarify before they start doing. Bad customer service and for that I will never be back. read more

So they have raised their prices by $10 per service! I went in for a full set and was told it was $10 more to get them a tiny bit longer and another $10 to get them shaped into coffin shape. That's on top of the $28 set that's now $38. And that's not including $10 if you want gel polish! Crazy! So I've been to this salon twice now. The 1st time I got a no-chip mani and was happy with it. Today I got a regular pedicure and no chip removal and I'm very UNhappy. They started with the pedicure. An older woman (probably 70s) began the pedicure. 1st of all I was too far away from the footrest and didn't want to slouch. I kept trying to get the women's attention (saying "excuse me") but she didn't bother ever looking up. Finally the customer sitting next to me told me she didn't speak English and the lady working on her helped me. It would've been good customer service to show a customer how to USE the buttons on the chair right after sitting down don't you think?? This woman was a little rough with me also. She dug her nails into my toes a few times. WTF? Another woman took over the nail polish part and did an incomplete job; she only put 1 coat of my color (I should have asked to make sure she put a 2nd) and I noticed later some areas were missing polish. This same woman did my no chip removal. She left some polish on my nails & got so much acetone on a few of my fingers that the fingertips of those fingers are dry, wrinkly, and have small patches of dead skin. read more

The place is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly. Polish change took an hour and even though it was gel it only lasted 5 days.
