My appointment time was 11:15 I came in at 11:20 because I was stuck at a red light. The front desk girl informed me because I was 5 mins late she cancelled my appointment. And that if I waited 25 mins or reschedule we could do an 11:45 soonest. I've had never had an issues with other centers they follow their 9 min grace period and I kindly asked her and she just said that they don't do that at this center because it's owned by a different person ? I will not be returning I will go to the one in Richmond or Missouri because that is insane and especially when I tried different wax centers the Sugarland just happens to be the one closest to me.

Our…read morefirst issue was I asked for regular paint polish and they gave me gel polish which was a $20 up charge and one of the people in my party her nails were already peeling by the time we got home, which was about 20 minutes later another in my party her gel polish came off after only a day. Another person in my party practically had her whole toe painted after her pedicure. As one of the ladies were getting their nails done the employee was on FaceTime call in which she was a part of. Although staff was very nice and the massage was great. They seemed very inexperienced and I would not choose this place over others.
