5 stars I recently visited VIP Nails Spa in Euless and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Chloe. From the moment I sat down, Chloe made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Her attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch service is truly impressive. I got a VIP Collagen Manicure & Nail removal, and Chloe exceeded my expectations. She carefully listened to what I wanted and provided great suggestions that complemented my style. The end result was stunning! The shape was perfect, and the nails look healthy! The neck massage that came with my manicure was top tier.... I fell asleep twice . Chloe is not only skilled but also incredibly kind and patient. She took her time, never rushing, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The salon itself was clean and had a calming atmosphere, which made the experience even better. The manager Eric was phenomenal! He greeted me with a smile and made sure I was familiar with the services offered while I waited on my technician. Nails came out okay.. not terrible with just a basic shirt nail dip. But, the nail tech just left me to go do a pedicure and my hands were covered in that white stuff that's caused when you soak off old dip nails.. I washed my hands and tried to get it all off and it wasn't until another tech noticed me trying to remove it that she helped me with some acetone. But it was odd. I was just left sitting there with the white stuff.. I'm all about the vibe and it's definitely "get the most nails done asap" kinda vibe. It was the fastest dip ever... which is great if you're short on time. read more

Went here for the first time with my daughter. We were seated almost immediately, which i appreciate since it was a Saturday mid morning. They offer a drink with the service, it was noticeably clean. They sat me with Celine, I didn't catch my daughter's nail tech name. They both did a wonderful job. Kept asking if we were ok with color, shape, design. My daughter got gel and I got gel x extensions. The quality of nails was great. There was no lifting, the shape was good, the nails could've lasted a few more weeks. I went back in after 2 weeks only to change design. I asked for Celine again and was seated immediately. She did a great job again. Will be back! It's very hard to find a good nail salon. Glad I decided to give this place a chance. They're also in a great location. read more

Do not go there...I repeat, do not. They quote you a price, then double it after service. We took our wedding party to them, and instead of giving us a discount like they say they would, then ended up charging us hundreds more than what we were supposed to pay. I got a pedicure with white tips, and clear polish on my hands (not a manicure). My mother got a full set pedi/mani. I paid $279 for my mother and I. I just moved to the area and just didn't feel like driving to my old nail place 20 minutes away. I walked in and the girls were sooo sweet, got me right in and soaking off my nails within seconds. If I could leave negative stars, I would. I recently moved here, and I googled this place it was closest but if I would've read the reviews I would not have come. So I get there around 5:10 and I just want a French set the lady proceeds to tell me that she needs to talk to Someone else. So then she told me oh she can't take me because they have a client coming in at 6, it's 5:10. I wanted it short nails with the French tip. I told her thanks for nothing, and as I was walking out, she proceeded to laugh as if something was funny just a disgusting place and disgusting people. Horrible experience they charge you like crazy, and just do really bad work, they are not kind at all, they cut me all over my fingers, nails all uneven, dirty work. Try calling several times to complain and they hang the phone on me every time. The lady (Summer) did a horrible job on me and still had to pay for something I didn't like. It was not worth what I'd pay for. Don't recommend for anyone to go there they don't know what a good job and on how to treat their customers. read more

Brand new place, so it was empty for a Friday night. The staff was really nice and asked me multiple times if I wanted any of the complimentary drinks they offered (soda, wine, water). I was handed a menu of all the services they offer, but since I was only there for a pedicures, I didn't look through the whole book, but even for pedicures they had a lot of options in a lot of different prices with a classic pedicure only being $25. Steve did such a great job and took his time with my rose and vanilla pedicure. As I was leaving, they were nice enough to put my shoes in a plastic bag for me and even gave me a gift as a thank you. such a great experience and will definitely be returning! read more

I came in for two services today a fill and a pedicure, I was basically the only customer at the time, so there was a guy that did my pedicure that I never seen before, I'm looking, on my phone and I noticed a white customer came in for the same services, but what REALLY captured my attention was how the employees rendered her Two Services at once, but I had to wait ..... I TOTALLY feel DISCRIMINATED AGAINST, and will NEVER go there again, nor refer friends, family, or ANY UPS Coworkers to this facility! read more

I went in to get a dip manicure and got exactly what I asked for! The only thing I would point out is that the techs need to a little more card when filing the sides of your nails. I have cuts and was bleeding on three different fingers because the file was cutting into my skin. The tech was super apologetic and was very very careful after she realized what was happening. I am very happy with my nails and the service I received, and the facility was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. read more

I got my nails done with my friend today and she got gel and they chipped within an hour of leaving. I got acrylics and they are so crooked and they hurt soo bad. I've never had my nails hurt after having them done. I'd never go here again. Please save yourself the trouble and pain. read more

I rated 3 stars because they're pretty nice and did well service on my pedi and nails. The only thing I wanted to complain about is the longevity of the nails. I got my nails done last weekend Thursday and my thumb nail came off the next day, Friday night. I was swimming and my thumb nail had hit the wall underwater and broke off:/ i Was planning to go in the next day but I was out of town that weekend so I just didn't care too. I wouldn't have cared if one nail came off bc I understand it happens but then the next week, it wasn't just 1 nail now, it was 3 nails now gone. I'm a flight attendant and don't do much but travel and come home. My nails broke when I was doing my hair! Lol. All I'm saying is that I've been to better places where my nails lasted at least half a month. My nails breaking off like this to simple things that other places don't even break off too, is just a reason I won't be returning back to this place :( read more

A waste!!!!!! These was my second time going, first time was ok so I tried them again. The tech waited until after shaping my nails to tell me they charge extra for almond. No biggie, but she should've informed me before finishing the last nail(what if I didn't want to pay extra). I gave her the simplest instructions on how I wanted my nails and Idk what she heard cause it was off af. Told her not to worry about it cause I didn't have time for her mistakes. Go to pay and my tap was way more than it was supposed to be. I dam near paid double for something I didn't want.there's bubbles and debris in my nails. I'm bald headed and have more hair in my nails than on my head(idk who hair it is ) And my nails are lumpy. Anybody who does nails know you can not put white polish over lumpy nails. Now I have to go to my event with these ugly ass nails, and I'm a person that's big on my nails. This really makes me want to cry!!!! When I went to ask about getting my nails fix tomorrow the lady (before I could open my mouth) with an attitude said they don't do refunds. I really just want to ask can someone redo my nails how I wanted and how much would it be. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! read more
